@WongFeiFox Good for you, there's tons of great stuff in there. Although I have to admit, when it comes down to it, I don't actually perform any of it for real people. Not much of it works for the performing situations that I am often in (informal, walkaround). But good learning anyway!

You won't get a tutorial on this, I'm sorry. Not only is it not mine to give away, it's also a bit complicated to teach in a tutorial and an obscure effect, so I don't think you'll find this around. Your best bet is to go directly to the source: The Collected Works of Alex Elmsley, Vol. 1.

But let me suggest that, if you're still searching for the best way to do the Elmsley count on youtube, you're not ready to perform this...

I've done the same thing; learned a routine just for the pleasure. In my case it was Cutting the Aces by Vernon. LOVE that effect, but haven't done it for years now. Oh, I also just watched your Homing Card. GREAT job. Very smooth. This is another I must relearn. Keep up the Awesome video's.

@smitty747 Thank you very much, kind sir! It's funny, this is one of those routines that I practiced and perfected just for the pleasure of it, but I actually never perform it. If I had a regular performing venue, though, it might be part of my repertoire. It is a very cleverly structured effect. You can find it in the collected works of Alex Elmsley, vol. 1.
