Michigan has tangible proof they can use a feature back and get him yards and playing time. Urban Meyer does not.
Really smart guy. The ONLY RB Meyer ever had similar to OSU type/quality RB was Brandon Warfield with Utah. Warfield had a shade under 1000 yards DESPITE missing 2-3 games due to injury. Warfield ended up Utah's single season & career yards/game leader cuz Meyer screwed him up so much. If Dunn has trouble getting a lot of yards at OSU, its only cuz he'll split time with Warren Ball (another '12 recruit almost as good as Dunn)
Please consider that the spread option attack will not help you look good to NFL scouts the way a pro style system will. Brady Hoke and his amazing offensive coordinator are loading up on quality offensive linemen and the will definitely clear some hole for you.
Meyer will not have Mullins running his O or Mattison running his D. Meyer is overrated I will be interested to see how well he does under NCAA sanctions, with loss of schollies and bowl bans.
Lane Kiffin is an even worse coach than Rich Rod and somehow he has USC headed back towards where they were despite the bans. The bowl bans haven't affected USC nearly as much as people thought they would. Meyer should do fine even if a similar thing happens.

As an OSU fan, my concern with Brady Hoke is that he will eventually get a 5 star playmaker or RB from deep in Ohio State territory (where Hoke is from). Im talking about the Beanie Wells or even Ted Ginn types. Braxton Miller seriously considered the Gators and I know if Hoke had a real chance to affect the '11 class, why wouldnt have Braxton considered Michigan? I know thats who Hoke wants

1. Mich stats 2008 (3 - 9), 2009 (5 - 7), 2010 (7 - 6). You really think one 6 - 6 year makes OSU bad? A quick google search shows that OSU, Mich, and Penn State are the top 3 schools for fans. So much for "everyone" hating Ohio State. You sound like another Mich fan who is upset that OSU got Meyer, which points to huge success for the Buckeyes. I predict OSU wins at least 4 of the next 6 games with Michigan.

Urban has NEVER had a thousand yard rusher in a running back. Its a fact, OSU isnt for him at all. Go somewhere else, anywhere else. God OSU is so bad. 6-6 and not much is going to change. not just michigan.... everyone hates the buckeyes.

@tyront24 6-6 and everything is going to change, especially now that Braxton Miller has more experience and is going to be a huge threat. I wouldn't mind too much if Dunn goes somewhere else, though, we've already got a commit in Warren Ball who is very similar to Dunn. Michigan hates Ohio State, and vice versa, its called a rivalry, but not every hates the Buckeyes, show some proof or shut the fuck up.

LOL, I'm just stating facts. The numbers are there. I respect the game and the rivalry. Just because I'm an OSU fan doesn't mean I'm a Mich hater. I thought Sat's game was great even though we lost. It was needed to keep the hype of the rivalry in my opinion. I honestly don't care if OSU gets Dunn or not. Warren Ball looks much better. If you watched the Meyer conference, you know he's not going full spread anyway so people should quit using that excuse for Dunn to go to Mich.

Their quarterback was their leading rusher last year by 1,100 yards, and is their leading rusher this year as well, although not by as many yards as last year. If you think Toussaint is looking like an impressive back in that offense, you're sadly mistaken and don't understand football at all. The ONLY reason Toussaint is getting the yardage he's getting is because defenses don't know whether to go at him or Robinson.

He had 1000 yards despite not breaking 20 carries in a game until the 8th game of the season, he had at least 20 carries in 4 of his last 5 games for 170, 192, 138, and 120 yards. Michigan has tangible proof they can use a feature back and get him yards and playing time. Urban Meyer does not.

Really smart guy. The ONLY RB Meyer ever had similar to OSU type/quality RB was Brandon Warfield with Utah. Warfield had a shade under 1000 yards DESPITE missing 2-3 games due to injury. Warfield ended up Utah's single season & career yards/game leader cuz Meyer screwed him up so much. If Dunn has trouble getting a lot of yards at OSU, its only cuz he'll split time with Warren Ball (another '12 recruit almost as good as Dunn)

Please consider that the spread option attack will not help you look good to NFL scouts the way a pro style system will. Brady Hoke and his amazing offensive coordinator are loading up on quality offensive linemen and the will definitely clear some hole for you.

Lane Kiffin is an even worse coach than Rich Rod and somehow he has USC headed back towards where they were despite the bans. The bowl bans haven't affected USC nearly as much as people thought they would. Meyer should do fine even if a similar thing happens.

as of right now, it looks like he might go blue. He visited today during the neb game, and decided to visit again next week during the osu game. He took pictures with his cousin and shane morris (both 2013) commits, and told a reporter he was going to enroll early. Didn't specify WHERE that was though.

We will see where he ends up, right now he is a Buckeye. On one of his visits to Ann Arbor he came away impressed with the coaching staff as did his parents. And anybody who knows football recruiting is that the coaches have to sell the program to the parent or guardian as much as they do to the student athlete. He visited AA this last weekend for the Purdue game and came away impressed with the atmosphere at the Big House. Go Blue!!!!

I used to live in ohio and noticed when michigan was dominating tattoo u from late 80's through the 90's, there wasn't nearly as many people wearin osu gear. they start winning and everyone comes out of the woodwork and says they're luckeye fans. you can deny it all you want, oswho? fans, but times are a changin!! he is a buckeye at hart. I can respect that. But he has mentioned that he would like an opportunity to play in bowl games and have a chance to be on a title team. IF ohio gets the bowl bans I truley think that he will go to michigan. If not he will be a buckeye. Either way hes a good player better than ball imho. Good luck to him and go blue.

As an OSU fan, my concern with Brady Hoke is that he will eventually get a 5 star playmaker or RB from deep in Ohio State territory (where Hoke is from). Im talking about the Beanie Wells or even Ted Ginn types. Braxton Miller seriously considered the Gators and I know if Hoke had a real chance to affect the '11 class, why wouldnt have Braxton considered Michigan? I know thats who Hoke wants

Calm down Michigan fans (and OSU fans who worry that Dunn may later decommit for good). Like the guy below said, the Buckeyes already have a crapload of 4 star RBs on the roster. And I dont see any chance Warren Ball decommitts no matter what the NCAA does to OSU (hes a Columbus kid & hes the one the recruiting guys have said is the Ohio State type RB with speed & size). Michigan even got 4 star Ohio kids (like Michael Shaw) with Rich Rod.

The father said they are going to sit down and talk about it soon. He was contacted today after the resignation. The father said the NCAA sanctions will ultimately make the decision. Brionte wants to play somewhere that is eligible to go to a bowl. He had a very good visit at Michigan. Ohio has too much depth at running back. Michigan needs a stud that will fit the new pro style offense. It just makes too much sense. Go Blue!

Nice forward lean. Strong, nice burst, big back, catches well, very patient runner good vision. As with all young backs he has to learn to pass protect and has to learn to run routes out of the backfield. Has to improve speed. Very promising prospect
