@littlej403 - It's a joke. Of course she's not a witch. Witchcraft isn't real, littlejoe. It's not that she once "dabbled into witchcraft" that disqualifies her from office. It's that she's thinks that it's a real threat...or that "Pinky and the Brain" was a documentary...that makes her too dumb to hold office.

@MolitorAsst I disagree regarding the reality of Witchcraft but I agree that her behavior is certainly beyond the norm and her intelligence is definitely suspect. She actually knows nothing about Witchcraft (which is not synonymous with Satanism and Wicca - they are all distinctly different philosophies). However, if you have actually engaged in Witchcraft, you don't announce it on national television unless you want to be (figuratively) burned at the stake.
