At my school we do clean,bench, squat for the totals. There is one person in the 1000 pound club right now. My bench is 260, squat is 330, and clean is 185. I have a total of 775. I'm 15 years old and a freshman
In my school we have different level shirts and stuff like that, im on elite grey (300 bench, clean, 450 squat, 210 snatch) but my powerlifting only total is rough 1450 (605 squat, 300 bench, and 545 deadlift) keep going man, the iron bug bites hard, but boy does that bite feel good.
at my school they took bench out of the power club so its squat dead lift and power clean. right now there 7 kids in the 1000 power club. my friend dead lifts 500. squats 400. and power cleans 250. now thats insane
bench press was alright, you unracked it and benched it really fast, try locking it out for a second. squat was good form but you used the bitch pad and deadlift was pretty good. 1000 lbs for bench , squat and deadlift combined is good but not INSANE!!
I totally agree with you man...my form was horrible on deadlift. I never deadlifted until I found out about this club at the gym and even then I only worked on it for about 3 weeks. I appreciate the suggestion though dude.
@scarclothing you shouldnt be maxing on a torn ACL, i tore mine too, ive already had surgery and everything but nurse it and stay away from these lifts fr like 3 months after the surgery and youll be way better off
Don't know you but still, don't try to explode into a deadlift, deadlift is not an explosive movement, also, your back is rounding pretty significantly. Just trying to save your back.
