when people act as such - yes i agree it's not justifiable - it is not without any reason whatsoever. In this case, as i said before, its to do with the underlying internal issues which India doesn't want to acknowledge. The IRA in Ireland were also a terrorist organisation, but they only felt they had to act as such as they were socially and politically discriminated against. Not finding a mutual solution = more terrorism on both parts
