I fixed my headlights easily and permanently. They will never fog again. I used an air hammer to remove all the foggy haze. They been good to go ever since. I figured since there isn't any material left then there isn't anything to fog :)

@Zoidberg227 Do you have an axe, angle grinder, or a dremel or something similiar? You could use anything that will effectively remove all of the plastic from your headlights. Maybe a 1/4 stick of dynamite? Just duct tape it in on the lens and shoot at it with a gun until it ignites effectively removing all the haze and oxidation along with it. No plastic, no problem.
If it doesn't work for you, try it without the glass cleaner. The toothpaste by itself is more abrasive to the oxidation and will be sufficient. You can use the glass cleaner after, but try not mixing it. Only if it's not working this way. It's worth trying different ways. The toothpaste is a sure thing though. Make sure it's a paste and not a gel. The gel won't get it. It must be a paste . . . white or white mix.

This totally worked!! I saw a product in a commercial that did this, so I thought to myself "why pay $10 + $8 shipping?"
I didn't use a buffer, but I used a generic Windex like glass cleaner with ammonia, plus Arm & Hammer "Advanced White" with baking soda and peroxide in it.
I could see the yellow crap just melt off the lens and I spread the concoction with my fingertips in a circular motion giving every square inch of lens attention. I then wiped with a rag and the results were outstanding!
this method definitely does NOT work.Of course ones you use the glass cleaner it will look clear at first but after a minute or so,the lenses will get cloudy again.He doesn't show you this in the video.

Wow this actually f'ing works.. Auto zone was gonna charge me like $40 for some special cleaner. I tried the toothpaste with a brissle scrubby brush that you use for toilets and stuff and scrubbed the hell out of my headlights. Wiped it off with a cloth, and rinsed it down and wow my light are pretty much clear now. Beofre they were yellow and foggy. Thanks for this video. saved me alot of money

This works but dude tape off the body of the car or remove the light before you use fucking tooth paste. Shit will mar the fucking paint mang especially with that buffer!
Also, windex is what causes damage to UV protection to begin with. Use plain old hand soap and water and no matter what you do, once that clear coat UV protection is gone ( dont matter if you sand it first or not ) they will yellow until you shoot a good coat of quality clear over it again!!!!!
