Well, the "CHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN" thing isn't, but "Honk Honk" has been used in relation to the Green Ranger. Then again, the same people who said "Honk Honk is a Green Ranger impression" also went by Power Ranger names for the lulz. Eventually, another person got wind of the Power Ranger joke and the Touhou jokes and put it into an image. There's a few images on the web somewhere of them riding bikes together. Mortal Kombat's Scorpion is included as well, for some reason.
