  • they look like snipers from BC2

  • Killer plants again, seriously why has no one thought of using weed killer on them

  • I wonder if these plant monsters know the Triffids.

  • I saw this movie once. Killer trees from the North Pole...Or was it the South Pole.

  • You know what would make a good movie? "Attack of the Irradiated B-movie Props."

  • To slow. Now Deadly Mantis and the Black Scorpion had it going.

  • I can think of two reasons to watch this movie: Mamie Van Doren.

  • OMG this movie beats Avatar by a mile!

  • It says a lot when the TRAILER is full of stock footage

  • Cheesy film, but it is still an enjoyable one.

  • Rule for finding a frozen giant plant at he South Pole..study it at the South Pole, don't take it somewhere nice and warm.

  • Yes, this is the opposite of "The Thing", as far as location, but the same idea...

  • Saw this movie one late Saturday night back in '85 in ABC's Late, Late Show. Couldn't sleep the rest of the night!

  • @ursa41 Yo vi esta película el mismo año, pero en un canal de televisión de Argentina. Y tampoco pude dormir esa noche!

He vuelto a ver recientemente la pelicula, y me sorprende haberme asustado tanto.

  • The scene were the guys arm is torn off is pretty gruesome for a movie back then.

  • I'll say! We saw this at a drive-in back when I was 5. The scene showing arms being torn off absolutely terrified me.

  • Somewhere in this movie they cal the monster the "Tabonga"..as per the locals...

  • Not these trees. Tabonga was the tree in "From Hell it Came"

  • This is on Svengoolie tonight. I will be watching. I also like the Giant Claw.

  • And i thought the only movie produced by the "Standard Club Of California" was that stinker they lampooned on MST3K, Planet Of Prehistoric Women.
