My twin brother and I have been chanting this mantra as part of our daily sadhana despite we live in thousands of miles away. We offer aratik before and the chant it followed by gayatry and then Govindam Prayers. Super Empowering

The translation of Narayana Kavacha has all benedictions from all of Krishna's main expansions(dasavatara)
