  • it was a pleasure of flying.....underwater...

  • he has a loooong breath

  • @KungFuMaster841 me too lol

  • i did 25m underwater today at my local pool. that was mega haRD.. 50M IS A LEGEND EFFORT. especially without the dolphin kick. i will keep trying, and see if i can do 50m by the end of the year. fark

  • @uncleshan

    Hi

25m underwater is really good, as very few non-professional swimmers are capable of doing that.

    Did you time yourself?

I do 25m everyday, but can't seem to go any faster each time- perhaps I need to improve my stroke and efficiency.

  • @ISSTPskater hi. thanks, ive been trying different things to see which works best. i use the same hand strokes as this guy followed by a few dolphin kicks and glide cause that what seems to work for me. i will try and time it next time.

just seems so hard to hold your breath as long as these guys, the last ten meters are hard for me. i guess its alot to do with relaxing, good luck on your improvement.

it amazes me more dont swim underwater , they only swim on the top of the water..

  • @uncleshan

True, vast majority of people don't dive/go under.

I believe it's because they either can't hold their breath or are afraid of drowning.

I don't like swimming on top, I swim strictly underwater.

    As to your last 10m

-try not to waste too much oxygen on unnecessary movements, try to relax as much as possible but don't push it, if you feel like you can't hold on those last few metres- resurface or you may pass out.

Last night I did 50m and almost passed out :-( scary and dangerous.

  • @ISSTPskater take it easy man, your scaring me..haha,...no i will take your suggestions onboard for sure, dont wanna be passing out in the pool aye. sheesh. take care!!

  • @uncleshan

LOL, taking it easy isn't so easy when you're obsessed with accomplishing something (50m underwater in my case)

I've done it but will never do it again- I know now that I'm capable but as far as repeating it.....I have to say NO

I'm still too young to die :-))

For now, I'll just practice my flips and 25's.

You do the same and yeah, be careful.

  • Impressive!

  • He's not Wiliam Trubridge or Dave Mullins. Bad technique.

  • صدمني صدمني صراحه

  • @7mno0osh لماذا أنت صدمت؟

  • wow very good!! its been a while since I did this and btw keeo the speedos they are more confortable, gives you less resistance agains the water and YOO look HOT!!

  • I'm going to be honest.

    Speedos are horrifyingly ugly.

  • @Banjokazooiemaster ha ha, i'll tell my mate i the vid... he'll probably never wear speedos again ;-)

  • @ardnfast I think he looks hot

  • @ardnfast its googles are kinda leaky!!!

  • @Banjokazooiemaster speedos arent for looks they're for or to create less drag when you swim so you can go alot faster.

  • Very nice swim! I always admire guys who can swim distances underwater. Was the cameraman holding his breath, too?
