Thanks :-) and what I meant by "certainly she should be questioned" was that "certainly she should have been questioned," in that the authoritites were in the right to ask her questions about what she knew, as the masseuse did call her multiple times. Now that she has told them what she knows, people should back off. I realize she has already been questioned, just a little error in my tenses. :-)
I can't imagine how tough this must have been for Mary-Kate. With people accusing her of murder and PETA so harshly against her and paparazzi on her tail all the time... I don't think Mary Kate supplied him with the drugs...even if she did, he was a grown man responsible for himself and it was his choice to take them....what i do find her responsible for is not telling the maid to calling an ambulance when she found him...if she had he may still be alive...does it mean she's a murderer, no....but does it mean that both she and the maid bear some responsibility, yes...

2. She did tell the maid to call 911.
3. The police report says he was ALREADY deceased when the masseuse ARRIVED at his apt. So the masseuse could NOT have saved him, no matter whom she called.
4. Neither she nor the maid bears any responsibility for his death. The police report makes that clear.

The rumor is MK DID tell the masseuse to call 911.
And the reason the masseuse didn't want to call 911 is she (the masseuse) does not have a licence to do therapeutic massage in New York, and in New York State that's a crime - A felony. The masseuse was afraid that if she called 911, she'd get in trouble.

guys, she's tottally related to his death. She had been dating him before he died, and heath didn't do drugs when he was with Michelle, and then he starts dating MK and tada! He does drugs? We all know shes a junkie, and i like MK but i think she's making a mistake. She MUST talk. Heath's dead and she's got info. Im not implying she killed him, but at least she could help for Matilda's sake! He was not a loner, he had a daugther. MK is being so selfish it drives me mad.

No need to get mad, cause remember, Mary-Kate DID talk to the police, according to her she told them everything she knew. She only asked for immunity AFTER she talked to the police the 1st time, cause people were accusing her without any evidence.

Heath has always lived with anxiety and insomia so he was on prescribed drugs, it was an accidental overdose. He is responsible for his own actions, he is a grown man, I am younger and even I know not to touch drugs no matter who does them, it's not she forced him to take drugs if he did, stop passing the blame! No, we don't all know she's a junkie because there is no evidence she does drugs. She wasn't being selfish, she has no talked, but she knew they would try to pin it on her!

Also...Mary-Kate Olsen DID talk to the police. It was only AFTER the DEA got out of line that she asked for immunity. But the fact is she DID talk to the police WITHOUT immunity.
Also - you say "no matter who supplied him with drugs" The police already said he got the drugs from his 2 doctors. Period - No mystery there. And the police said early on this was an accident. THOUSANDS of people die of prescription drugs every year.

The police said this was an accident and that no one did anything wrong. The police DID talk to her, and she told them what she knew. The police ALSO found he got the prescription meds from his 2 doctors.
The ONLY mystery about his death is why people are accusing her when the police said early on said this was an accident.

You're right, the report makes it sound that way. And his death was tragic. He seemed like a REALLY nice guy. But in the end all the facts surfaced and it's clear she had absolutely nothing to do with his death.
The one positive thing about his death is that now people will learn the dangers of prescription medications.

There's nothing mysterious about the masseuse not calling 911 right away. She had no license to do massage therapy. In New York State that's a felony. Calling 911 puts her in big trouble.
So she called the only person on his speed dial she knew (Ms. Olsen) who convinced her to call 911.

LOTS of rumors going on here, but the FACT is: ALL the authorities who investigated this concluded she was not responsible. The NYPD, U.S. Justice Dept, and the Coroner's Office ALL concluded he died of accidental overdose of prescription drugs.

The police report states that her bodyguard (who she sent over cause he knew CPR) arrived at the same time as the paramedics, rode up in the elevator with the paramedics, and was not allowed into the apartment.
So despite all the silly rumors, there seems to be no mystery here, just another one of THOUSANDS of people who die every year of overdoses of prescription drugs.

I think it's really weird that they called MK first, but we don't know what was going on inside the masseuses head. Maybe she was just frightened. Or maybe this has happened before with Heath and she just thought it was a false alarm. I don't know. I think the media tries to twist things and distort it into what we want to happen. The U.S. Justice Department, the police, and Coroner investigated and found out he had 2 doctors prescribe him the medications he overdosed on. He got the drugs the same way MILLIONS of people do every day, in a pharmacy.
Why the masseuse called her first? Apparently the masseuse was an immigrant who spoke very bad english, so she called the only person on his speed dial she had met before and could talk to on the phone.
