Here's a video I first saw on The Jukebox Network (The Box) in the early 90's. For those not familiar with this channel, It was carried on low-powered stations throughout the country, and it's where you can request your favorite video by calling a 1-900 number on you touch-tone phone, and keying in a three-digit code that corresponds to the video of your choice. The channel regularly posted a menu of videos and their corresponding numbers so viewers can make their choice right over the phone.
