Tracking budgets with BankTree Personal Finance

I downloaded and paid for this software. It doesn't work, and seems to have been written by someone who doesn't understand what Personal Finance software should do. The investment tracking is buggy and unreliable, the account structure is counter-intuitive and whilst highly-customisable has poor defaults.

@Mr7db , dont know how you have come to this conclusion. there are over 100 000 subscribers to this software.

@MrBanktree Well I'm one of those subscribers. I work as a Financial Director in a company and I've seen a few accounting packages in my time. The comment is based on my experience and conclusion. Perhaps the other subscribers have different expectations.
