  • Stiff leg deadlift and all lifts with barbell are bad stuff and to be avoided. It effectively killed my father's gymnastics career and later disk problems made him inactive person. All my worst injuries occured when doing deadlifts and squats (while using correct form); I want to keep dancing, jumping and being active for many years so I avoid barbell lifts like a plague.

  • Stiff leg deadlift causes lower back DISC HERNIATION!!!

  • @Hotora86

Anything can be bad potentially. Bench press, overhead press, etc.

  • @Hotora86 not if the prper lumbar curve is kept

  • @Hotora86 Bodyweightcultureman is absolutely right, any exercise can be potentially damaging. Forward flexion is an essential movement and should be trained for. If adequately prepared and well executed, this exercise is not high risk at all.

  • you look good and healthy

  • V good, I'm going to try this!

  • Did you say one of the exercises was a deadlift w a warrior squat?

  • No,it was the one legged deadlift in combination with warrior III
