Stiff leg deadlift and all lifts with barbell are bad stuff and to be avoided. It effectively killed my father's gymnastics career and later disk problems made him inactive person. All my worst injuries occured when doing deadlifts and squats (while using correct form); I want to keep dancing, jumping and being active for many years so I avoid barbell lifts like a plague.
@Hotora86 Bodyweightcultureman is absolutely right, any exercise can be potentially damaging. Forward flexion is an essential movement and should be trained for. If adequately prepared and well executed, this exercise is not high risk at all.
lol well here a comment i was searchin for a while trying to figure out how to work the posterior chain muscles, i'm trying to jump higher and am very happy i came accros this vid cheers
