  • To all the peaceniks/Arabs commenting: She was a Jew and a Zionist. Don't forget about that. She didn't sing for you. She sang for her people. Am Yisrael Chai!

  • After google and youtube, nobody ever dies; esp not Ofra Haza!

    ed

  • L'Chai Dodi, what the song lyric?

  • Oh our beautiful Ofra, you only get better with every view...so miss you!!

  • Did those people just run up there all crazy? How scary was that? LOL It's cool though she hugged and kissed them!

  • bellissimo

  • Security here is scary.

  • There will never no more be anyone like her !!

  • Mohammad, I'm like you: when I feel down I watch Ofra's videos or listen to her CDs and I feel much better. It's very sad that a person like Ofra could be gone !

  • I love that.."Shmor M'Aleynu K'mo yeladim...shmor v'altaazov. Tain lanu or v'simchat meurim...tain lanu koach od v'od!" Everytime I hear that I feel good.

  • My name is Mohammad Afzal. Foreigner living alone in England. Whenever I feel down to the lowest level I go to my local internet cafe and listen to Ofra Haza.Great Artist. Great voice and songs. May GOD bless her.

  • OFRA is a angelical woman! Let´s go to live in peace. Blessed our people forever. Peace for Palestian and Israeli People.

  • one of the most amazing aspects of this performance by ofra haza is the way she is able to move around, walking so fast, at the same time that she is singing to a large audience, without skipping a beat or showing the least amount of weakness in her voice. i got out of breath just watching her do that!

  • TELIA FONI MIA APO TIS KALYTERES

  • if kids love her that way, it means she is a good person :D

  • I cried so much when I heard she died ... and to this day, I have a hard time admitting. She was just so amazing.

  • nath0811,

I feel the same way. I love to hear her sing and watch her videos, but seeing her always makes me feel terribly sad because I keep thinking that she's gone. She was such a jewel. Her death is so tragic. It's almost unbearable.

  • i know what you mean. i am having a hard time dealing with ofra haza's death as well. in my case, i unfortunately did not learn to appreciate her until these last few months, when i discovered her on youTube. of course i had heard of her before, but had never realized what a talent she was, how she had the most beautiful, angelic, pure, sweet voice the world has ever known. i have since then become completely addicted to watching this beautiful angel

  • nakedBison,

I feel the same way. I had lost track of her in recent years -- only to discover (like you) too late that she had died without me knowing about it. I was stunned. This is too wrong to be true.

She died 7 years ago, but for those who love her, her death will always be recent, and we will never get over it.

  • i had heard of Ofra Haza many years ago. the main reason i did not get into her music when she was alive, is out of ignorance. i had thought all of her music was arabic or yemenite sounding, filled with percussion and little else, which is not my kind of music. thanks to youTube, I realize that this was so wrong, that nobody before or since sang as beautifully and melodiously as ofra haza

  • to continue where i just left off, because i did not follow her music while she was alive, i did not follow her death closely, either. i vaguely knew she had died of AIDS, but not when, or under what circumstance. now that i have learned who she really was, I look back and imagine myself comforting her personally during her last days on the Earth...or better yet, somehow effectively warning her to not marry that terrible man who eventually killed her

  • to continue still more, i discovered youTube almost exactly one year ago. somehow, and i do not remember how, i re-discovered ofra haza in the process, and now i am in love with her. i cannot stop watching her. it is more than her incomparably gorgeous voice or even her beautiful face; it is her smile, her purity, her sweetness, her innocence, her utter goodness that just takes my breath away, mesmerizing me to my screen. she is the ultimate woman of my dreams

  • She had (had) a beautiful voice ... but I always identify Ofra Haza her with YERUSHALAYIM SHEL ZAHOV .... she is at her best with powerful emotional ballads. The bad security on stage in this video is scary .... fans should not be allowed to rush on stage ....

  • wonderful. what a voice.

  • Wonderful Medley: T'filah, Chai, Simanim..(not sure), Amen La'Milim, Yad B'yad, Bou Na'shir(not sure), T'fila

  • Simanim Shel Ohavim :)

  • & Malkat Ksamim

  • great

  • What is the first song called? I've heard it but I can't remember what it's called.

  • Tfila

  • she is the best...great great songs
