when i saw this video pop up in my subscription box, i was like "ugh i hate exercise videos" so i didnt watch it straight away... then later on, i was thinking. "yumcheesy doesnt exercise, shes a funny bitch" so i watched it. and YUP! pissed myself laughing.
I used to be a dancer so I used to get alot of excercise...but now I do alot of walking/jogging/yoga and XBOX Kinnect!! but I do love to eat I guess thats why I have to work out all the time ..Im 5'7 and I dont like weighing over 115...soo i do what i gotta do...but you dont have to exvercise
@1weirdgurl wow you're thin! i wish i were your height/weight. how do you like the xbox kinnect? i have the wii fit but it tells me i've gained weight every single time i get on it :-p lol worst video game ever!!
@yumcheesy5 I have the Dance games on the kinnect the dances are really fun they range from beggingers dance up to professional so its challenging and you definately break a sweat! I love the Kinnect I have a Wii too its fun its just doesnt seem to be as challenging as kinnect...i love any kind of dance game lol
I have been on your diet and exercise program for years. it has not worked that well for me but I do not shave under my arms. That must be what6 I am missing.
