First time I fought the boss I got RAPED. Second time, I put my dark brotherhood muffled armor to use. The weak draugrs started attacking me but they're pretty easy. I snuck by the big fucker and took the shout. I then proceeded to get the White Phial. Please, if this helped, give it a thumbs up.

There is a follow up quest for this, the assistant sends a courier to you and wants you to go see him. He then tells you that he can fix the phial but needs some ingredients. I think it's like mammoth tusk, brair's heart and unmelting snow.

Whenever I have to fight a high level drougr (I'm level 37) I usually paralyze them with staff of paralysis and go dual wield daedric swords/daggers (whichever has the highest sould gem charge at the time) or daedric bow.
