i had a pokeball when i was younger that had this little gold card like thing in it. im going 2 cosplay as pikachu next month and i really wish i could find it!!!!!
i would love to go one of these conventions someday but my parents wouldn't let me -_- well atleast they are letting me make a charizard costume... but it is on delay for the time being since it has been a busy school year :/
@infernapeboy that's too bad. maybe you can explain to him it's worth (even not having been to one). It's an explosion of cultural phenomena and I think there is something to be learned from all opportunities. You never know, it could open up new opportunities. It has for me, and I've met many great friends that I keep in touch with as a result. And the amount of artwork involved from stage performance to cosplay, to illustration and animation. I personally think it's a waste of time not to go.

darn. I thought I'd find myself in this vid (I was a Rocket grunt at the photoshoot on Friday). guess I got to the shoot after you filmed that part for this.
it was like, $30 for 4 packages with 12 in each package. they were all repeat balls and came with a chimchar and diamond pearl sugar candy. ALL of them. we repainted most of them as you can see

me and my friend WERE gonna plan on going there this year, but certain things came up and it couldn't happen. ):
We were totally going to cosplay Gold and Silver.
So I feel like a dork for pointing out the Gold cosplayer in this video and wanting to fave this.
and LOL @ 3:38-3:40. Hetalia cosplayers ahead of them. XD
