In the debate Dr. Finkelstein accused Dershowitz as a fraud of his book - 'A Case for Israel' as being plagiarism from the work of others.
Till today Dershowitz dare not sue Dr. Finkelstein for such accusation. He instead bad-mouthed Finkelstein's late mother as a Nazi collaboration.
No, dont worry, nothing you could say could possibly be as terrible as the propogation of a lie about someones mother being an ally of nazis and that lie and its propogator being considered undeservedly credible. Ben Stein called Ron Paul an anti-Semite after he voiced his opinions on Israel; that's very unfair. I look at the Conflict from humanitarian and legalistic standpoints, and not in an Islam vs. Judaism frame, and I think many do too.

Sorry to appear rude. If it was anyone other than Alan Dershowitz, I would have not used such language. I have watched the debate on Amy Gooman's Democracy Now' between Dr. Finkelstein & Dershowitz. In the debate Dr. Finkelstein accused Dershowitz as a fraud of his book - 'A Case for Israel' as being plagiarism from the work of others.
Till today Dershowitz dare not sue Dr. Finkelstein for such accusation. He instead bad-mouthed Finkelstein's late mother as a Nazi collaboration.
