what does anyone think to this...I always thought this song sounded as if it was played on both ride and hi-hat, i.e. both hit at same time. Just sounds a bit heavy to just be ride to me..

@38Highbury it was played on ride and hi hat playing the 8ths with your foot on the hi hat frees up your right hand to create more rhythm..check out john bonham, he is the master of this tecnique
