You know, I watched your earlier videos and it is remarkable the difference. From your fitness, the obvious improvements in tone and shape. To technique, heh on the earlier sessions I've watch so far it often looks like you're racking yourself/hurting yourself on certain set-ups.
Now, the moves are basically the same, but I don't see them hurting you. You're getting really good, and Big Bonus: you did not start out as a twig.
@Warrent Thank you very much for noticing my improvement and for the encouragement! Yes, I would agree with you. With my increased strength I am able to ease into things much more and use smooth control in dismounts as well. Nothing ever really hurt me (except for skin pain from new tricks) as far as 'racking' is concerned, but I do like having more controlled set-ups. :)
