Yep, I have a similar problem. Like you say all the lady can do is say "no". It's something which holds some of us back and it seems daft that something so meaningless could do this to a person.

I wish I had an easy answer for you! I've definitely felt that fear at times in my life, but it never stops me. I have a friend that I think is a lot like you. He doesn't admit it, but many times we've seen him blow it with women who were obviously interested because he wouldn't make any kind of move. Eventually, the right woman came a long who grabbed his hand and led the way. Maybe someday it will happen that way for you too.
