  • hi bro are u selling half moon qucikly let me know

  • Nope. I am not selling any, keeping my breeders for now.

  • and they all die one by one quickly help me be for is to late

  • is been one week already why my betta still sleep on the ground like a pig rather then swiming here and there

  • We msn, I will add you in my list. Betta keeping is suppose to be relaxing but it seems to me you are more stressful than relaxed.

  • wad country u from i from singaore

  • are u selling royal blue half moon tale open 180 if u are then let me know alright i will be the first one to buy from u

  • hi i need ur help please help me be for is to late i let my male royal blue half moon look at my female twin tale royal blue for six day already when i put them together in one fish tank there is two obvious line at the stomach of the female body but why the male still keep whack the female wads going on please give me information really need help so badly be for is to late for them

  • The male is trying to get the female under his bubble nest. Sometimes, the female will not cooperate and thus in his frustration, the male will whack the female into submission. I propose that you separate the two and let the female recuperate. Check out my other videos to gain more insight on betta breeding.

  • my friend!!! where do you actualy sell them?? whats the name of the shop??

  • I'm just a hobbyist so I do not own a shop. I only clear the excess fries to other hobbyists.

  • wen u get a male and a female in one tank n they hav babies do u give all the babies to a store for fish credit??? and wat happens if the male kills the female

  • No fish credit. I keep some for breeding and sell the rest to other hobbyists.

  • never seen beta fry.. i didn't knew that they looks ike guppy fry. happy fish keeping

  • nice fish.. i got a question how old are the fry when u feed them baby brine shrimp?

  • I am a bit different for I feed them brine shrimps the moment the fries are free swimming, which is about 2 days after they have hatched. As an insurance, you may want to get the powdered formula for fries. I got fry food from Hikari.

  • So adorable!

  • Beautiful fry, my friend! Absolutely gorgeous. Are you selling these anywhere, by any chance?

  • Yes, I do sell some of them for I will only keep about 3 pairs for breeding due to space constraints.

  • Do you sell your betta or feed them off to some other fish and keep some for yourself?

If you do sell them, where do you get rid of them? I can't imagine giving them to Petsmart or Petco since they're so horrid to their bettas. Is there actually an online market where you can sell them all?

  • I do sell them to local fish shop and other local hobbyists. There is an online market aquabid.

  • yay ^_^

  • Gambadae p(0.0)q

  • wow you gatta tell me how u do this

  • 70% - 80% water change every 2-3 days. Feed them for the first 2- 4 weeks after hatching with daphnia and baby brine shrimps. After that, if they are big enough, feed them with cleaned up tubifex worms daily while continuing with water change.

  • want them to grow faster? transefer them to a larger tank, raise the temp, more food (frozen bloodworms are te best), more often, more water changes

  • You are right. If you do not have a big tank, consistent water change will do the trick. I have tried and frozen bloodworms are not that good in making your fries grow fast and big. Tubifex are better but the downside is that your fries are more prone to diseases if fed on diet of tubifex worms. I do not have disease problem when feeding them on frozen blood worms but they do not grow big fast enough. This is the trade off you have to make.

  • OMG! Their gorgeous!

  • I have a batch right now and the smaller ones keep dying off and the bigger one's arent growing well or at all. I did everything, temperature, feeding, water changes I can't find what it is that I'm doing wrong.

  • yeah i wanan buy 1 to add to my breeding stock

  • Sure but it will not be cost effective to sell you 1 piece due to the shipping costs. I think it will be a better idea to get a few pieces or consolidate this with other hobbyists. We can keep our contacts through emails.

  • dang....u r a good breeder....wish i could breed bettas like u......although i kinda kno how 2 breed bettas i dont kno how keep dem alive.....so far ive ben sucsessful with onli three babies.....but hope i learn more n become a better betta breeder....like you.....^_^

  • Dont the temp have to be at 80 deg for the babies to survive? and what do you feed the plakat babies?

  • I feed them with baby brine shrimps when they are free swimming. When they are bigger, I feed them with daphnia or water fleas.

I feed them according to their sizes not by time.

  • i rated this vid a five kuz u good at lookin after betta babiees and i luv bettas too u no....

  • Thanks. I have another spawn coming up. Check out my blog for updates on the progress - sohnoname at my spaces.

  • nice survival rate, I'm going to try once again to breed and raise fry, but with a diferent method, and obviously with much more and better experience than my last time. I would like to talk to someone like you who has breed and raise the fry succesfully, if you or anybody who reads this comment has a messenger where we could talk than it will be much better. To share some info and talk of bettas. I love bettas.

  • wat temperature the water need to be and wat you feed them with?

  • Temperature ranges from 26 deg C to 30 deg C. I am living in S.E.Asia, so it is not a problem for me in keeping that temperature without a heater. :)
