Steel dumping from foreign steel like nippon steel hurt USSTEEL.And too bad the government didnt dump money tax breaks on the Chicago steel industry as it did with the Banking and the auto industries today.
As a result USSTEEL is alot leaner..Maybe GM can learn from USSTEEL.
