Self-Management - Laurence Moon Bardet Biedl Syndrome

My friend has Laurence moon he had a great childhood apart from dietary issues and short sighted ness it wasn't until he hit puberty his sight got worse and he starred using a cane. He's always had the renal problems and used to get hormone injections. He's 35 now and is in a wheelchair cause his legs a sore it's a condition called ataxia.

He now lives in sheltered housing in Glasgow
