The first chinese that you encounter are Ghouls (humans that have had major radiation dmg but still havent died) they arent zombies yet just messed up

@thenewfreddie in the "Fallout" Universe, there was this great nuclear war between communist china and america in which radioactivity and pretty much everything had the effects like in 50s Scifi. Radioactivity glows green, doesn't kill you but will mutate you into a zombie-like creature. Which can then regain health with radiation, but still looks like a zombie.

everything other than his weapons are pretty good. The only issue i have with his weapons is the fact that his laser has the stopping power of a slingshot, whilst in the game he would 3 shot you in power armor.
