I saw the movie, and will always remember this story of an innocent teenager so senselessly deprived of a bright and beautiful future.
It is soo obvious that Nick was and still is loved and adored by all. Even the damn kidnappers i think they were lost souls all of them.

I don't understand any of this. If my son had been kidnapped and then killed as you assume would happen anyway. I wouldn't want to make money off of his memory. I wouldn't write a book about it and then sell it. I wouldn't let it be made into a movie. Maybe its your way of letting go, I don't see how as now you will get a check every other week for the book about your stolen son. Thats just me though. Either way R.I.P Nick. He was young and obviously knew nothing about the streets. He looked at it as his brother and his brothers friends pretty much had a falling out over money and they just did it to get money and he wasn't going to be harmed. With the way they treated him before his death he had no reason to be scared in any way so maybe thats why he stayed.

I think Jesse James Hollywood is innocent of murder and of kidnapping. He was there when they took Nick, but the ropes and tape came off only hours of his abduction. In fact Jesse only seen Nick one more time after the initial kidnapping, Nicks ropes and tape removed and invited to party with the gang. The only person to say he was told to kill nick is the murderer himself Ryan Hoyt. No one else heard Jesse give the order to kill Nick. No one seen Jesse give Ryan the gun.
