@tzooh - it doesn't have the capacity or facilities for an international men's match. A couple of years ago there were problems at Sekondi's Essipon Stadium, which was designed at least for CAN2008 matches. The Robert Mensah Stadium doesn't appear to have been considered for a game in that tournament, probably because they couldn't build a third new stadium such as at Sekondi & Tamale.
I don't know what crowds are like for the women's or youth matches, maybe it would have capacity.
