  • I love Professor Farris. In the one semester I took her class in college at Clark Atlanta Univ, she made the most profound impact on me. Her life, demeanor, integrity and love for the elevation and success of young achievers is amazing. Thank you Professor Farris.

  • just started but it,s ok

  • I've read her book, Through it All. which was released this year (2009). It is an excellent book. You discover things about ML (Martin Luther King, Jr.) from his "big" sister's perspective that is informative and entertaining. I especially liked reading about their(Christine, ML, and AD) childhood.

  • Tavis spoke with force about the assasination of MLK on Bill Maher recently. Very stirring and encouraging

  • i celebrate his life and death

  • Riveting especially her memory of the sea of mourners with guns trained on them by *guards*, and *movement heavyweights* (@ the time) coming off the plane crying like babies. Great opening question.
