I did things differently in the very beginning which is when this video was done. After printing over 6000 cans the process evolved a lot:)
Let me know if you try this and how it goes! I am in the middle of creating a wall of forest patterns. It is 3 ft x 10 ft now and has over 1,000 cans in it:)
The other cool thing is that doing this (cutting cans with scissors) actually sharpens scissors.

you should just use sissors instead of tin snips, much cleaner on an aluminum can

I use both an Epson R2400 and an Epson 4800 to print most of my digital work. The Epson 4800 will print wider and thicker surfaces then the 2400.
