  • The other cool thing is that doing this (cutting cans with scissors) actually sharpens scissors.

  • And that's why I did an update of this video, also on youtube, The carrier sheet part changed too. My ebook on kindle gives the updated version of the entire process. I did things differently in the very beginning which is when this video was done. After printing over 6000 cans the process evolved a lot:)

  • you should just use sissors instead of tin snips, much cleaner on an aluminum can

  • great video--except unable to see print out on the cans..

  • @fristerjt Hi- I have an update of this video Recycling Beverage Cans to DIgital Prints Update, that shows printed cans

  • I use both an Epson R2400 and an Epson 4800 to print most of my digital work. The Epson 4800 will print wider and thicker surfaces then the 2400.

  • What kind of printer do you have?

  • Thanks Kathyanne for sharing this - makes me want to reconsider using inkaid

  • nice

  • I love recycling so this is great.. Ebonygirl

  • Let me know if you try this and how it goes! I am in the middle of creating a wall of forest patterns. It is 3 ft x 10 ft now and has over 1,000 cans in it:)

  • 5*,,,,thanks so much
