Between Chaos and Creation (30 min. making-of-the-album doc included on 2-disc special editions of C&CitBy)

Thank you SO much for uploading this! I remember being absolutely spellbound by this when it originally aired on PBS. When I bought the McCartney Years DVD set, the blurb on the back led me to believe this was included. However, what's actually included is a similarly-titled behind-the-scenes doc.

A lot of the great classic rockers are doing these kinds of performances. Great idea really, kind of like a guided tour through their very own personal museums. John Densmore (drummer for the Doors) did one as well, with some great Jim Morrison stories to boot!

This was fantastic.

The tape experiments on the old Studer, the multitracking at the end, the Elvis bass, the ins-and-outs of the melotron explained.... and of course the songs. If Paul McCartney hosted this as a show at Abbey Road 5 nights a week they'd never have to worry about the place going bankrupt!
