you the first brother ive seen that can hit 315 like this, hey dont gotta be clean, cuzz locking out your arms will hurt you in the long run. usually hmong guys are weak azz hell when it comes to maxing but you can at least be proud of your bench.still cant get passed 300 myself but itll get there

That's some good lifting for someone your size. Here in Milwaukee, most of the hmong guys I've seen that can lift some good weight are the fat overweight guys. Btw, I'm 5'2" weighing in at 125lbs and maxing at ~210 for now. I know my max could be higher if I had friends to lift with but they're not interested. I'll upload a video to hold it down for us Hmong brothers. Peace

very true... it's all about whatever works for you. that's the best program. how long have you been consistently lifting for? i'm guessing that your workout is split up (targetting specific muscle groups each time you hit the gym)? nonetheless, pressing 3 plates on each side is serious. what are you weighing?
