it looks more like a jailbroken iphone if u ask me cuz in the main screen at the top left hand corner there's a sign of a signal just like the iphone, and the power off butten @ the top of the device is on the right side when an ipod touches power off button is on the left side. and the earphones go on the same side of the power off butten unlike the ipod touch which has it below the ipod itself
