You can argue whether global warming is real or not, but you can't argue that CO2 and other emissions cause SMOG which kill and cause injuries to THOUSANDS every single year and its only getting worse.

So even if reducing emissions has no effect on global warming, it does have direct effect on people who live in areas where smog is regularly a problem like it is in LA.
