  • Does the quality of the dice themselves have an impact? Such as pips vs no pips, rounded edges vs squared edges, and so on?

  • @G0LFMADE Good question. In theory there is no such thing as 100% "perfect dice", nice are "near perfectly balanced". However during construction the pips are accounted for!

  • @ArtOfTheProblem Thanks for the quick reply! I'm a roleplayer and often times my group has wondered about this.

  • Great videos!! Keep it up! :)

  • cool, but how will things be explained in the next sequence? 4d? are the visuals only limited to the 3 dimensions?

  • @ch987ch Good question. Possibility space extends into any number of dimensions, however visual space is limited to 3D. If you look up a hypercube video is it a good example of what 4D "behaves like". However, for many rolls in, say, 25 dimensions we are out of luck. The way I show large possibility spaces (in another video) is to represent the size in another way. Say if we rolled 10 dice, and wrote each and every possibility on a page of paper. This would make a stack of paper over 6km high

  • Awesome Video Man. Really basic ideas but nice editing and presentation.

  • @mrtamborineman10 Thanks! hope to have some more 'meaty' stuff up soon
