  • no love for brian jones? :(

  • KEITH RICHARDS RECIEVED A AWARD FOR "LOOKING DEAD BUT ACTUALLY STILL BEING ALIVE".

  • I also got the fondest memories of the Stones with Taylor, but I think Ron Wood was the best possible guitarist for them, in the long run, in many respects.

By the time Taylor joined them, rock-music was all about long, flashy guitar solo's, so he was good for that. Then Punk and Disco arrived, in the late Seventies and the focus was on the rhythm (again), be it aggressive or dance-able. It's reflected on the album Some Girls......with Ron Wood.

  • Mick Taylor was a great guitarist , but this non-drinking, non-smoking, vegetarian,

didn't really fit in with the Rolling Stones. He was hardly going to be

    a sidekick for Keith.

  • @lagerhound Mick Taylor didn't smoke, drink or take drugs? Taylor had/has a major problem.

  • so Gaddafi is making confessions.. mm

    xD

  • Mick Taylor was an incredible guitarist...but the bottom line is that Mick Taylor is not a Rolling Stone...If he was, he wouldn't have left...

  • watch some Faces vids and tell me RW is ' average "

  • like i say a bigger persona not a better player, hence the reason he got quite a few credits and taylor only ever got 1 was because he stood up 4 himself.Dont forget had wood not joined the band couldve come to a right standstill.Although the music wasnt as great he still co wrote its only rock n roll and worked well with keith.I dont know why people knock him he even admits he isnt as good as taylor and always speaks well of him.

  • ronnie wood total legend, not as good a guitar player as mick taylor but a much bigger persona which compensates, had he not joined the stones when taylor left the stones would of been in a right fucking mess.Good on you ron!

  • @waster1976 What has Ronnie done to compensate for anything? I don't see anything positive he brought to the band. Don't get me wrong I'm not bashing but he's average at best. The quality of albums and live declined to about half when Taylor left. They always put out great stuff with both Brian and Ronnie, but the golden age began and ended with Mick Taylor. He wasn't just a hired hand, he was a very important element to the band in his time and it shows.

  • @TheRabidPosum u know all about it aye ? Just shut up

  • @RisingSon011 That seems pretty rood and uncalled for. Maybe if you don't have anything constructive to bring to the conversation besides telling people to shut up maybe you shouldn't comment on videos.

  • @TheRabidPosum didnt mean to be 'rood' , cretin

  • @waster1976 Cont. Very uncreditited and underated, he essentially gave birth to a new Stones era. Stadium rock was a new thing and there would be no Sticky Fingers or Exile without him. But I agree with Keith, even though MT is my fave I think he's crazy for leaving, I'd want to kill him to. Bill I can understand, he left after the Steel Wheels tour. He had a long career and he wasn't into it anymore. He didn't leave the band at their height.

  • Keef has the cough from hell here...all those fucking cigarettes.

  • Man , I love this guy.

  • Mad at them? It's all from Jagger-Richards ego thing. Yes, it needs some ego and talent to drive a band but you have to pay for it sometimes. Both Wyman and Taylor had enough of it. Taylor was a good player and in the right place/time. Besides song credit, he was bored of playing rhythm guitar for Richards and was frustrated by other member's skills on stage. After Some Girls tour, Wood's amp volume on stage was lowered and Jagger and Richards stopped duo on stage. Ego thing again IMHO.

  • ron wood?? yeah!! eye first enjoyed ronnie at a faces gig at the cow palace with earth wind and fire!! ,, how bout a little mick taylor in with keith and ronnie?? id like 2 be a fly on the wall for that one!!lol/..Ron Woods......dig it!!! all yall negative folks go burn a big fat one and chill out!!! damn guys; its only rock n roll.............

  • Why is everyone shitting on Ronnie Wood? As if he can't play...Ronnie sounds great on Some Girls which was a KILLER album ... The Rolling Stones' greatness is in their songwriting genius. Mick Taylor is obviously a fantastic guitarist but he never released ANY notable songs after his departure from the Stones.

  • Hey fuck u elvishitter ur an asshole eat a dick

  • fuck you keeef. you're too much of a pussy to kill anyone. maybe the 60s keef would have stabbed some fuck and kept on walking, but you don't want to lose that life you got going on. fucking hell. at least be a man and admit it. the old keef at least was honest. what the fuck happened? old age i guess.

  • @elvishitler So, are you mad because Keith is pussy enough to stab someone? C'mon, you shouldn't forget to take your meds

  • @elvishitler Old age ? lol I bet he's more energetic than you

  • There is a clip on YouTube were Mick, Keith and Charlie talk about Brian. Just search: Rolling Stones talk about Brian Jones.

  • Of course this is an extremely short clip, but I have to say, they hate bringing up Brian Jones.Never a decent word about him, only about the drugs, the hypocrits...they didn't do any drugs at all. They continue to treat Brian like shit even in death after all these years.

And I don't believe that he misses Mick Taylor.Maybe he resents him for quitting cause the Stones went downhill after Taylor left.

  • You could put a whole band together around this one guy.

  • its called GUILTY CONSCIENCE ......BRIAN WAS MURDERD ,,,,LIVING WITH THAT IS HARDER THAN DOIN THE DIRTY DEED,,,,,,,AMEN

  • hey keith what was it like hangin with brian jones in 64,65,66 isnt that where you got your whole shtick from

  • Their mistreatment of Brian Jones was mercifully brief, because he died so young.Their mistreatment of Ian Stewart, who played piano on some of their best tracks, but was reduced to a roadie simply because of the way he looked, was far worse.Everyone who knew him loved him,and he never complained until the day he died.At the end of the day, they're going to have to answer for that to someone or something.

  • @b3n2p1 Do you know them personally, or is this all information you have gathered over the years from the biographies, etc.? If you know them personally, then total respect for your opinion. But if not, to say something like "they're going to have to answer for that" is a bit presumptuous and high-handed. I guess I have an aversion to fans telling their icons how they should have behaved...without having actually witnessed the dynamics or events.

    No disrespect intended.

  • @b3n2p1 Mistreatment? The Stones didn't do that--management did. Look, there is a look to rock and roll. It's not just music. what were they supposed to do, all quit in protest so that Stew could be an "official" Stone. Ian Stewart didn't say a word because he loved doing what he did with the Stones, and he loved the Stones, and they ADORED him. Period. He was the only one who could tell them to fuck off and get away with it. In their universe, he outranked them actually.

  • ``I`ll put a hit man out on him`` KEITH got alittle nervous there..Brian? gLASSES HIDE THE eyes..Its only rock n roll?..and SKINONOMINTED..thIS life might be great .but time will go by..IF theres no God well hes living it up..But IF there is well the dream will end in time sweet time...and then its TIME 2pay the Devil....rock on

  • @beahgtm right...he had a hit put on Brian. And the CIA killed Kennedy. And 9/11 was a Mossad conspiracy. Freak.

  • i think he mostly miss the care asistant of the retirement home at the moment ; ) PEACE

  • @Lagerfeld2008 Funny, these comments I bet he's 1000 times more interesting than you, and that you probably need the "retirement home" earlier than him, with that dull comment ;)

    PEACE

  • I agree re Brian Jones...as good as he is on harp, Mick was never as good as Brian; it's Brian playing on all those great, early recordings and, of course, he may have been the first, high profile, white guy playing slide guitar back in the early '60s...and Mick Taylor was not kicked out of the band! I can go on and on about the Stones but who has the time?

  • But you never gave him the chance, (again) MR. TAYLER were the STONES back ind the 70's....HE made you GROW keef, buy you lost your rock n 'n roll when Woody came along! Same on you guys!

  • yeah right! miss mick taylor , taylor was younger and better guitarrist than richards just listen to "sway" thats why they kicked him out, his solos were way better than richards'

  • @12062

Mick Taylor left...he wasnt kicked out...Keef has always seen himself as the rythmn player and not lead...so the solo thing is not an issue...tho...best albums they ever did was with Mick :)

  • @jnkyrdd0g AMEN!

  • @12062 Wrong. You don't understand the Stones. And don't know what you're talking about. Taylor quit. Keith was actually mad at him for quitting. Keith couldn't give a shit about solos. His rhythm is the lead when it comes to the Stones. His riffs are what have given the Stones' music its pervasive signature sound. Open-G. Jumping Jack Flash, Honky Tonk, Brown Sugar...just to name a few. And Keith is 10 million Xs the songwriter Mick Taylor could ever dream of being.

  • @12062 Wow, was that ever a stupid comment. Solos don't determine guitar playing ability. Keith was better at rhythms, riffs, and writing songs with the guitar. An unmistakeable style when you hear him. I'd take him every day of the week before I'd take Taylor playing a guitar solo that a dime a dozen guitar players could also play.

  • Mick Taylor left to escape the pressure of drug-taking, I suspect.

Bill Wyman left because he won't fly anymore.

Yes, they are best with those two there.

  • Nice cough you got there Keith. Gotta pack the fags up mate. The coke didn't get you but the 60 a day will.

Big up for Mick Taylor..from Hatfield Hertfordshire. A Stone alone.

  • lol iam surprised he is still alive

  • that great feeling again when you first heard the songs

    Its part of life

    the calender keeps moving forward

and a rolling stone gathers no moss

    shaddoooooooobeeeeeee

  • Remember Bill W is like 8 years older so that could play into not wanting to tour anymore

JUst like you will never be able to "perform" like you did when you were 25 years younger neither can or will the Stones

Its like when John Lennon had that lady interviewing him and yoko and the interviewer is going on and on about the beatles being the "lovable mop tops"

and John keeps telling her, Sorry lady, we cant be them

That is what music/memories are all about GETTING THE RUSH THAT GREAT feeli

  • You cant win ( or get what you want) when it comes to Brian

If you mention him, then you're giving the ok to start asking questions

and the interviewer starts to look like he is on to something big because Keef wont want to go into it...THE AH--HA MOMENT

If you dont mention him, you get sh so I can see why he is not mentioned

  • @lookylooky2006 I read somewhere about how Keith still feels about Brian, he said he never knew anyone who liked Brian and that Brian was not a likeable guy. He was all talk, wanted to be in charge, wanted to be the boss, but in the end he'd shit on you and let you down. I know he started the band, but he never wrote a damn thing in his life. That's not a slight on him, but the Beatles set a trend of writing their own material and to be successful the Stones would have to do it too.

  • @psychill22

From my pov its the Beatles and then there is the size of the Milky Way gap until the anyone else

    Then the Stones

    thanks

  • @psychill22 True that. There's a reason Andrew Loog Oldham chose to lock Mick and Keith in his kitchen with a piano to write songs -- their first two that same night being AS TEARS GO BY and THE LAST TIME. At that point, there was no real leader outside of management, and management chose simply by deciding the two who should be writing the songs. Oldham was right and that decision is what led to the Stones becoming the greatest band of all time.

  • @stableshadow I though the first song Mick and Keith ever wrote was "Tell Me (You're Coming Back)". I know the story about them being locked away in Andrew's kitchen, but I thought that was the song that came out of it. Those two mentioned didn't appear until the "Out Of Our Heads" and "December's Children" albums. "As Tears Go By" was originally written for Marianne Faithfull.

  • @psychill22 I don't know about those other tunes. The Stones always cite LAST TIME as the first one that they wrote that they actually gave the band. As Tears Go By, however, was the first thing they wrote that same night. They didn't give it to the band because they thought the others wouldn't dig it, that it was too soft, and so they decided to pass it to Marianne. When she made it a hit, they recorded it as well.

  • @psychill22 Incidentally, I had the great honor (and good fortune) to see the Stones play As Tears Go By for the first time ever in their history at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles in 2005 during Bigger Bang. That was a treat. Mick intro'ed it as the first thing they ever wrote, but never played live...until now.

  • These guys don't just "play" rock and roll - they ARE rock and roll. No band has come even close to the power and raw primal energy that the Rolling Stones have pumped out for over 40 years. The Beatles were great - but the Stones are even GREATER!

  • The past is in the trash !

  • Wow.....I've been a Stones fan since the early 60's..and I still love listening to their music...but man.....as Don Cherry would say...."Ok, you kids out there!!! Don't do this!!!".....Holy super herion addict Keith!!!

  • 0:37- A dig at Bill....Keef can't get over the fact that someone would voluntary leave that cabaret act that he calls "The Rolling Stones"

Wyman never got his due credit from you,Mr.Jumping Jackass.(whose mainriff Wyman wrote)

  • kieth proves one thing , you can be dead and still play great rock and roll

  • When he laughs it sounds like a hurricane through dead leaves.

  • HAHAHAHHA

  • So you want to be a rock and roll star?

  • great sense of humour. gotta love keith.

  • Comment removed

  • I am a die hard Mick Taylor fan for the simple fact of how great the songs from his era were. since he left they havnt had another song like them now have they ? if I had 3 wishes one of them would be that Taylor would rejoin the stones for their next tour come on guys Ronnie is fun ,but no Mick Taylor

  • @gregyman49 Yeah I argee.. Ron should play bass and have Mick Taylor on Guitar. Think Ron played bass when with Jeff Beck ..Kinda bummed Keif didn't mention Brian Jones but hey only 40 second clip..peace and Mick Taylor rules..

  • @gregyman49 Mick Taylor was a better guitarist than Ronnie will ever be. But today, I can't imagine the Stones without Ronnie Wood.

  • keith is a lovely and a hard man. Brian was out of the band at the moment he died, so. Yes.

  • Ronnie Wood is a thoroughbred Stone.

  • There's been a hole in the Stones' sound since Ron Wood joined. The Stones need somebody who can provide some lead lines, or at least not be buried in the mix.

  • damm have another smoke

  • even if i love them...

he´s a wreck......is not even able to talk,

  • aguante los stones loco y volar con brian jones

  • ron wood is such a poser. The proof of the pudding with the stones is simply in the run of albums with mick taylor. He was simply perfect for the group. I sometimes feel ron wood has added nothing creatively to the band. And his guitar playing is woeful. Ive seen him on many occasion. It is nothing compared he playing on the 69 tour. Like i said the proof is in the pudding

  • what about Brian?

  • ...we'll never really know....is it possible that this is a matter of taste...I think many MT fans barf when we see Ron Wood posing more than playing.

  • Voodoo Lounge was great! It was their last great studio album, and the '94 tour far exceeded '89 in every respect ...AND it was 15 years ago. That's my point.

  • To gdosic: That`s not true. Tell me some Brian Jones song?????WEhere are they? He never wrote one.

  • @77Szilvia idiot!

  • he's troath is fucked up too much cigarrets

  • and brian ??

  • Bad thing is what they did to Brian Jones (what a talent he was !!!).. Mick and Keith are taken all ..his band, girl, leadership..

That bullshit was not happened inside in any rock band..Shame!!!

  • Comment removed

  • Guess he does not miss Brian Jones

  • they were never really good friends, as Bill Wyman's book says...

  • There's gratitude for you.

  • Holy shit at the laugh at the beginning :)

  • teeth n prick stabbed them all in the back fuck em thier a joke nowadays anyway

  • They are tribute band to themselves

  • He didn't say Brian because they don't miss him, they fired him and thats that.

  • you realy are thick. 'he's being punished' is he? who by?

what a awful punisment........ a long, rich life of touring, millions of pounds, mansions all over the world, rock n roll everyday. sex. drugs, jamming all day long. sipping lager in the caribean

i hope im punished in that way

  • It is not a bad way to be punished...

  • Ron Wood is to art as Mick Taylor is to guitar. Ron is a great artist. I wonder if Mick can paint. Check out Memphis Underground by Herbie Mann, all you Mick Taylor fans.

  • Cant belive he didnt say Brian !!

  • Comment removed

  • He had spoke about leaving from the 60s man he left when he got too pissed off being a stones

  • Wyman [The quintesential Stone (image & soundwise] had the decency and respect for legacy,to leave The Cliché Stones.

  • Bad thing is what they did to Brian Jones (what a talent he was !!!).. Mick and Keith are taken all ..his band, girl, leadership..

That bullshit was not happened inside in any rock band..Shame!!!

  • omg he luks old

makes me feel sad wen u watch interviews from the 70s n he luks so young

  • Hey he might look old but he'll probably live for another 60 years. He is truly in his 20's on the inside.

  • You guys have to understand how bitter Kieth is about Brian....practically the last time they saw him he was strung out and they had to leave as soon as they got there...so of course hes not going to mention Brian rest his soul.

  • he bloody well should, if it wasn't for brian he wouldn't be ding this interview.

    Brian mde the stones massive

  • I would miss Mick Taylor alot too if I were Keith. Taylor is a brilliant guitarist who brought out the best in Keith both live and in the studio. Alos Ron Wood pales, I mena really pales in comparison to Taylor.

  • It's amazing Keith & Mick cannot talk about Brian Jones. Brian founded the band, and was a superb musician who had weaknesses (personal insecurities, drugs, etc) that brought him down. Read Bill Wyman's book "Stone Alone" for some great stories & insights. Too bad Ian Stewart didn't write his Stones memoir before his untimely death.

  • Hey, perhaps you'd care to see the comments on the Heartbreaker vid, it's the same debate, cheers

  • BRIAN. JONES

  • ha , you asswipe know - it - alls are arguing about something that happened 40 years ago , ,get a life, enjoy the music ,dont have to put it under the microscope douche bag

  • No Keef....It's because you two are such [Brilliant]

    selfcentred egomaniacs - ▬◘Ð

  • why doesnt keith bring up brian at all?

  • interesting comments...maybe the door is open for a taylor return..and maybe wyman too.

  • dont diss brian jones

  • He misses Taylor???? Ya okay...

If they brought him back, Ronnie would have to become a roadie, carrying Taylor's Gibson on stage...

  • When bill quit,Ithoght they might bring taylor back and put ronnie on bass

  • I think the real reason Taylor had to go is because there just wasn't room for 2 superstars.

  • brian is the superstar

  • Brian Jone was a talented musicina but a shit human being. He was a bloody miserable cunt no way around it. Keith was nice not to slag him off. He could have been a great if he was stronger than the drugs. Keith obviously has been stronger than his vices and loves music and being in a band. Jones was a sad cunt!

  • shut up you fucking prick. you dont know anything about brian. he had bipolar anyone who has bipolar knows how hard life can be (especially non-medicated) keith took more drugs than brian, keiths had heroin addictions.

if it wasn't for brian the stones wouldn't even exist.

    prick!

  • Would someone please explain to me what's so special about the Stones? Even if their "last", "very last" and "definitely last" tours sell 50 trillion tickets, I don't get it. "Sticky Fingers" was great, ditto "Exile on Main Street", but everything thereafter was painful to listen to - this coming from someone who had a die-hard Stones fan as a roommate.

  • if you dont understand / like the music. dont listen to it

  • Jones is from forty years ago. It's not like he dwells on Jones' memory every day. If you worked at a job for forty years, would you remember a co worker from 40 years ago? Especially when it's a 40 second interview segment.

  • well they should remember him. he made them what they are

  • I agree. Brian founded the band. It was his idea for a blues-based band. Mick and Keith don't make any public pro-Brian statements because they know it would make them look like hypocrites, since the public perception is that they stabbed Brian in the back. I think their biggest beef with Brian was that he was fragile and not really suited to modern show biz, while Mick and Keith were very tough.

  • yeah i agree totally with you. brians illness let him down. he was very much i love with music and thats how we should remeber him.

r.i.p brian - we love you

  • BTW, skint, look at the YouToob footage of Brian during the recording of Sympathy. He's doing fairly well, hanging in there with Mick and Keith, not drugged out as is usually reported. I think his problem wasn't drugs so much, it was that he just wasn't a songwriter, and he lost his spirit when he lost control. Anyone who's been in a group of three guys with strong personalities can relate to his situation.

  • yeah, ive seen that before, he wasn't a major drug user like people made him out to be, was a heavy drinker tho. thats true once his band had been taken from him he broke down.

the stones sound wasnt as great when brian died, i loved the sounds he brung with 'lady jane' 'paint it black' n stuff like that.

he did co write 'ruby tuesday' lyrics and music and he wrote the song 'no expectations' which was a great song.

he wasn't the most amazing songwriter, but his musical talents were genius.

  • they probably dont even think about brian, or at least try to. i agree he was complicated to deal with, but a friend will always be a friend.

    dont forget that shit keith.

    and taylor...

come on a man! call him up! if you really miss him, a lil get together or tour cant hurt.

  • RE: Brian, Keith was referring to members that left the band. (Brian was let go). I'm a big Brian/Taylor fan for the same reason Zep is my all time band. Musicianship. John Paul, Bonham, Taylor, Page, and Brian Jones are superior musicians that mastered their craft. Also, I always thought that it was complete crap that Mick/Keith didn't go to Brians funeral.

  • Brian was a complicated fella.. I'm sure Keith and all miss him, in all his weird and pick-a-fight-ways..

  • i def thought that he would brought up jones but that was a long time ago but still remembered

  • what about brian!

he made you boys what you are, he was brilliant!

  • wtf he doesn't even bring up brian jones

  • or Ian Stewart

  • nothing about Brian Jones

  • keith didn't like brian in the end becouse he was very out of it, and he beat up anita.so i think this is a " if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all" situation.but keith still is and always was a fan of brian's music.all the stones are "true jems" and they did there best work after his downfall. beggars banquet, let it bleed, sticky fingers and exile on main street.and keith's rythem was the star of all four albums.the riff master.

  • fucken wanker not one slightest mention on the only true gem in the rolling stones, the late great brian jones, but I would leave out the person I helped drug, steal his girlfriend and then shake off, I'd keep that hush hush too. what a bitch brain employed his fuken ass.

  • Chill bro. You act like you know these people.

  • I'm just stating the facts, who would wanna know a piece of shit like this, you really beleive kieth's had good luck on living this long, he's being punished, pathetic the way he still trys to be cool, but dont get the two twisted.

  • He seems a bit anxious when he answers the question? He starts on a high note, then he gets on a more serious note, and place a rather bizarre comment about "putting a hitman on him" or "I get very mad with people". Then he leaves out Brian? Maybe he got a hangover :-)

  • The band hasn't been the same since that sturdy bass line of Bill Wyman's is gone. Now they have some funk crap behind all their songs with bogus overdone horns! Not the rocking stones I love. Still the greatest!

  • Notice no mention of Brian Jones...methinks he was thinking legally there!

  • me mum touches me in my swimsuit area since dad left.

  • Status update on elvis316: still mega-gay.

  • I just love Keith .. what a charming man he is, and that cloth over his head; unbelievable, far out, just out !! Oh boy !! Helen Maria (Stella) Lennoxfordshire, from Gloucestershire.

  • Holy shit at the laugh at the start.

  • And Brian? Not a word about him.

    Incredible.

  • I just don't think Keith can deal with it.

  • No mention of Brian...was a mention of a hitman though. Weird.

  • I see that somebody didnt like my comment about me telling the truth about "Richard Hattrell", WHY? I didnt say nothing wrong about Richard,im only concerned about something. I'd like to know who's the "ignorant bloke" that gave me a -1! They must be hidding something. The "truth hurts" ha! ha! Im NOT afraid of the Devil! Im a shrew! I wonder "what man" can control me and tame me! ha! ha!

  • I would like to tell the "truth" about the rolling Stones: In the very early 60's Richard Hattrell was the ORIGINAL MANAGER of the Rolling Stones! He helped the Stones a lot in those days and UNFORTUNATELY,he had "health problems" and couldnt continue! So, After Andrew Loog Oldham took over. I dont know "why" the Stones didnt keep in touch with Richard anymore. Afterall,we are ALL human and it doesnt matter if we're middle class or rich!

  • pretty hypocritical about Taylor, I think. He got Wood on board so that he, Wood, wouldn't outshine him on guitar; dead wood as it turned out, it was downhill all the way after that. Oh, well.

  • Nice he mentioned missing Mick Taylor, though he treated him so badly when Taylor was with them out of jealousy or something. But "when they're gone, they're gone." Sums it up nicely, Keef.

  • Badfex-----No relevance since Let it Bleed? Not many bands in the history of music have put together a string of albums like they did from '68-72. Beggars, Bleed, Fingers, Exile, followed bystrong efforts like Some Girls and, some would say, Tattoo You, that alone should give them immunity from having to be "relevant".

  • Sticky Finger is my favorite

  • Funny! But too very sad, I miss Bill Wyman sooooooooo much! Without him there is no Rolling Stones. :-(

  • Funny you should mention that Keith. For the last several years I wake up at night screaming "Kill Bill! Kill Bill!".

  • Love that answer !

I miss 'Stu' & Brian as well !

  • LOL, I got in such a bad mood watching these vids. I heard you had to be at least 18 to submit a question for this. Now I wish I was a '90 baby instead of a '93 baby!! :(

  • Funny, but he didn't answer the question.

  • You're wrong about Brian Jones. He was fired, then he died.

  • Brian jones didn't leave the band and become an ex-bandmember--He Died!!

  • Lets face it, have they had ANY relevance to the world since let it bleed?

    Cliched old fuckers for life...

  • good point. people should get tired of kissing these old fuckers wrinkly asses.

  • considering they just has the highest grossing tour ever... I'd say they are still pretty relevant to a hell of a lot of people

  • as funk master said, if they had no relevance they wouldn't be doing so well recently, bigger bang was an amazing album that did really well, thier tours sell out, if you dont lke the stones why are you wasting your time watching video logs from keith richards you sado?

  • if there was no relevance, people wouldn't continue to buy they're records, go see them live, support them.

so i'd say theyre still very important to music

  • Keith says, that he's really pissed off with "who" left the Rolling Stones in the past and i think Keith is NOT only talking about the musicians like Mick Taylor or Bill Wyman,he's also talking about the ones who were Managing the Stones in the 60's and i feel he's absolutely right to get pissed off with those who left the Stones in the past! I know the rest of the names of the others he's thinking about but i CANNOT tell their names.

  • WHat The FUCK about BRian FUCKING JONES YOu Deuche! WIthout him you wouldnt even be giving that goddam interview!!!

  • I agree with you Sseasons. Will they ever ever give him credit. Would it kill them to give Brian his credit.

  • Dear Keith,

I just saw you sing "Hickory Wind" from the Gram Parsons tribute concert.

Could you do an album, playing the acoustic, you singing ? That would be nice.

  • work? he does`t know what work is, hes a rock star....

  • Keef looks really bad....He might only last another 60 or 70 years!

  • That would be awesome if Mick Taylor and Bill came back for a gig. Come on guys. Get it together. It would be awesome!!
