Lol everyone here is a dumbass. Both HLSS and HLDJ are working. It's the servers that disable it. These server commands have always been around. Btw if you want to bypass all the filters then just use morphvox pro and it plays music with a bind.

you forgot one thing, copy and paste your HLSS into steam/steamapps/[your username]/(the game you are using HLSS for), then open HLSS and then go to 'File', then go to 'Options', and in the 'Game Directory' put that link (steam/steamapps/[your username]/(the game you are using HLSS for)) <---- where you pasted the HLSS.exe

I followed the tutorial and now I got everything ready. When i press my shortcut ket, it activates my mic and I can speak and hear myself but it does not play the file. Then my mic stays on until i turn it off manually. Does this sound like I did something wrong?

Oh, I am playing TF2. When I hit the short cut key, the black bar at the top shows the file location, then i hit delete but it does not play the file. It just activates my mic and I have to shut it down manually. I set the wmv file at 16 bit, 11025 Hz, 1 "mono'. I activated them in HLSS but i still have the same problem.  Any ideas?

Try to right-click the .wav file and click "save as".

If that does not work proceed to download Quick Time Player, and Firefox.

Open firefox and and click on the .wav link, it should come up with a mediabar.

Now go to "Tools>Page Info> *Click on the Media Tab* > and find the file and click on it and press "Save As".
