This is coming to you straight from a German- Germans took most of their scientific knowledge from empirical information from others (Romans, Greeks, Arabs). It is not reliable in proving ANYTHING, and is COMPLETELY in the eye of the beholder- someone born and raised in Papua New Guinea may not find a pale Englishman beautiful. There is not a scrap of scientific evidence (not anacdotal, I mean SCIENTIFIC) suggesting that a race is smarter (ex. some Americans think the chinese immigrants' children are smarter because they like to study, but this is simply a cultural thing).
