Yes the quality is going worse as the video goes on. Its youtubes fault not mine :P

I think video quality in general is now worse than it used to be, although if you use the "Higher Quality" link or add "&fmt=18" at the end of the url it will look fine.

I think youtube are planning to move over to the higher quality version as standard, since they are far behind everyone else in terms of video quality.
