no, those weren't tire chirps, it's the sound of the (external dump) wastegate closing between shifts.

14psi (418wHP) on high boost. Video was taken on low boost 9psi (332wHP)
and thats just with a mls headgasket right no low comp pistons

Watch the acceleration between 50 and 100mph, with a mid-range like that I think it's fairly safe to say it's not N/A.
