The life expectancy of Black males in prision is HIGHER than those not there because Prisioners have healthcare. And free cable T.V and conjical visits. Except when you mention that in the USA every recent execution has been way more expensive than it would have been to keep that prisoner until natural death. Everything works slow when a bunch of crazies killed all intellectuals, everyone that did read many books. When in addition to that all teachers and doctors and journalists get killed, everyone that is being perceived as part of the intellectual elite, then the whole nation is majorly screwed.

It takes several generations to get back what was lost. This is a special case, generally i agree, where the justice system CAN be faster, it SHOULD be faster.
