@imnotofatpanda she does, you can read the second book cause it says she does. Mags an old lady has took her place in the games of the second book (Catching Fire) and only victors from the past games goes back and Annie was one of them which means she was in the games. BTW LOVE the series, is what keeping me alive from waiting for the Hunger Games to come out in the big screen....Can't wait! :D
