  • Very inspiring! (as always, btw)

  • why do i feel like im looking at the living room from edward scissorhands? lol nice tree

  • nice tree and good music , but it looks like santa needs to bring you guys some furniture this year

  • We planted our aluminum tree in the back yard after Christmas 1968. It's now 50 feet tall and we love it, except that it attracts lightning strikes. I would be willing to sell aluminum seeds for you to grow your own.

  • this music is one of my favorites, but perhaps a Christmas tune might have fit better! lol (thanks for the vid, though... nice remembrances!)

  • @genoteleno Thanks :) I hear what you are saying about the Christmas music. I decided to be different and use the theme from a summer place. It's era correct and in a way a play on words/seasons.

  • @dion1959 it's one of my favorite songs! You did good, a lovely presentation!

  • @dion1959 That's one of my favorite selections. Even though it is not a Christmas song it really fits the mood of the video, and I like your choice.

  • That theme song is one of the most perfect pieces of music ever made.

  • I have one of those set up in my kitchen right now with the original spin will (my grandparents gave it to me)

  • Beautiful tree. You have inspired me to do a video of my Pom Pom tree with my hi-fi playing in the background. Nothing like a vintage Christmas!! TC =)

  • I remember this tree and thinking it was the most beautiful tree I've ever seen

  • Wow, your tree looks almost like mine! That color wheel is nice! Where did you get it?

  • I wouldn't be surprised if that actually came with the tree.

  • My grandparents used to have one of those trees, It used to shock the piss out of you whenever you touched it.

  • It hasn't shocked me........yet...... :)

  • Theme from Summer Place. Everytime I hear it it reminds me of being in our pink and white Plymouth that had fins when I was a young kid.

  • It's a timeless song.

  • Wow! Brings back memories. It's just like our christmas tree back in the 60's. My parents still have this tree and use it once in a while. Love it!

  • awe! what a cute tree!

    =D

  • I grew up with this kind of setting as a boy in Cocoa Beach Fl. back in the 60's

  • Beautiful memories...Loved those trees!

  • For a minute, I thought Freddy was gonna stomp on it. Otherwise, I like the multi-color spinner. How much?
