finklestein made a whole big deal about plagiarism but didn't rebut any of his arguments. So his arguments still stand and are true, but he may have plagiarized although the harvard president said he didn't. Thats how finkelstein works

Wow! I happened to do some volunteer work with the international red cross in Albania for the past 2 years and didn't find them to be an abomination. Quite a strong statement. But of course if the American Red Cross cut off funding, then they must be bad...this isn't a logical fallacy at all.

finkelstein proved pretty much unequivocally that dershowitz plagiarized from peters. for instance, the mark twain quote which is referred to in the debate. dershowitz uses the same page numbers as peters did in her footnote but then he cites an edition where the passage he's quoting appears on a different set of pages. and he leaves an ellipsis out where there's a jump in the passage of 87 pages (repeating peters' mistake, showing that he didn't check the original).
