The three computer players running in a circle in Grab Bag cracked me up for some reason. :D Ahh, how easily I am amused at 3 AM.

My guess why they did though is that perhaps their AI is programmed with a heuristic that takes into account the opponents coin totals and/or distance to the nearest bag. They all had far more coins than you and the closest bag would be the person in front of them.
