@TheOutFoxer Most news groups are a bit of a dichotomy. Their broadcast networks & commentators are essentially yellow journalists who do not fact check their stories before going on air. They have all made erroneous statements they don't bother to retract unless they are shamed into it. However, ironically, the websites of most of these organizations, Fox included, tend to have more fact-checked information, likely because whoever maintains the website has time to check facts before publishing.
@TheOutFoxer As I said before, I do work with Adobe Illustrator at work. For fun, some coworkers of mine decided to test this theory out on some other forms we had lying around. We got pretty much the same results with nothing suspicious, in other words, our results looked like the ones posted by the White House website. Apparently signs of fraud would be if there were not any "layers." They aren't true layers, it is the software attempting to turn an image into text.

The expert says layers are actually a normal part of the scanning process and evidence of fakery would be if there WEREN'T any layers. I work with scanners in my job every day and with the software. I would concur with the experts' opinion on this. This video shows nothing but the rendering of a normally scanned image as it is supposed to be. Look up OCR software.

Its likely the layers that you can see are due to the fading that occurs in inks that occurs in documents that are as old as the original would be. It was probably fixed before its release so it would be legible when it was released. It would also explain the delay of the release since signature printover may take more time. The changes certain parts of the info are probly to show that it is a copy and not the original. But it does not prove any falsification.

The short certificate was created in 2007 (or 08 I don't remember exactly). They didn't create it the date he was born. They created it the date it was released.
The reason why Obama's b. c. is out of sequence with the Nordyke twins is because his b. c. was registered in a different local office not used by the hospital Obama claims to have been born in. The form control number argument is valid except your analysis has a flaw. The control number is for the form in use as of the date of printing not the date of the corresponding certificate. So, 11/01 would be the effective date 2001-11 when the form was created. Form 10/05 (2005-10) would be the form which replaced form 11/01. Any form 11/01 should have the same pre-printed words; so, it is very interesting that Obama's form 11/01 uses wording from the subsequent form 10/05.

When you request a "COPY" of your birth certificate, is it pulled from a computer at the office of vital statistics (or whatever office stores the info) or is it a copy of a "HARD COPY" retained at the office? The revision number seems not to correlate to the date of the birth but the date printed, I can see you used the short form certificate from the whitehouse site, take a look at fact check.org, and look at a photograph of said certificate, you will see a seal and folds. Stop grasping at straws.
Ok, why does a birth certificate from 1930 have a form number with LASER as part of the document number. Obviously this is a reprint of an old birth certificate from before the digital age on the new Hawaii government computer systems. There is no telling when that form was reprinted but it could have been at any point, before or after, the other revision document was printed. That kind of blows that whole revision argument out of the water. Anyway....not saying it isn't a fake.

A friend of mine brought something interesting to my attention. On Obama's full form birth certificate, it lists his father's place of birth as Kenya. Obama was born in 1961 and his father was 25 years old at the time of birth. Kenya wasn't recognized as a country until 1963. Also, the hospital that is listed on the full form birth certificate was named something completely different and was only renamed in 1978. They must think we are imbeciles!

The whole "form" is likely printed on the laser printer and is generated by a program keyed by the data in the database. So, different certifications would be printed on different "forms" depending on the last form to which the data was certified.

I dont know about Hawaii, but here in Mich. A copy won't have the seal. Only "official" copies will have the seal (which you would have to get in person.)

The lack of creases is explained by the document having been recently printed. Hawaii claims to generate these forms "on demand" based on information "in the computer". So they only get folded if they're being mailed in a letter envelope. If mailed in an 8.5x11 envelope (or are hand carried), no creases. Get one of your Hawaii contributors to go in-person to the office and request a new copy of their certification of live birth and compare the results.

We are all somewhat in agreement that there is some trickery here. What's more important than finding it is, "What is it being done for?" Why present to the public a document that has so many flaws even an amateur could spot them. Why now? By whom? Is this a US government conspiracy or does it go far deeper than that? To play devil's advocate here -- about the creases -- the creases are probably generated when the printed form was folded and mailed to the person who requested their Hawaii certificate. I think you have a lot of compelling evidence but I'd say the creases are a weak point. Obama would've had the damn thing laid flat in a golden case inside a golden limo aboard air force one and flown directly to his office without creases.

and in the last few years i ordered a new birth certificate from my state...albeit it was not hawaii but when i got the new one it did not look anything like the old one...the one i had as a youngster was dark like the one you show in this video but the new one was reversed...this is all theory...and really you are spreading information that you can not really prove as untrue documents...you are not an expert and it shows

Aren't these forms printed just recently! like in 2011. These are the original birth certifcates. These are forms copied from an original on a piece of new paper. I got a copy of mine a few years ago, and it had handwritten information in there but done recently, not 1961 as when I was born. Similiar type of paper, although the signatures of Doc etc, had to be from an assoicate. I don't think the doctor is alive still.
Wow, you caught so many things that the average person wouldn't have noticed. My background is in finance... contracts and I can tell you that when forms change for revision purposes they don't save the old forms and work through them, they dispose of the lot and use the new form. There is no way the wording could be different on one of those earlier forms and these certificates have obviously been altered, faked, or forged. The question on everyone's mind, should be why.
@Torstar100 that is not necessarily true...sometimes they will say use up the lot before you start with the new forms...if a worker has a stash of forms in their desk they may continue to use them till they are thru...or a staff member may have not gotten the memo...or a bundle of the old was never moved when the new stack was place on top...i have seen this happen with government many times
Also, since you demonstrated you have the ability to forge a certificate of live birth, then honestly what would convince you that the certificate were real? You know now that anyone's certificate of live birth COULD be a forgery, and in knowing that, you have no reason to accept that anyone's certificate is anymore legitimate than anyone else's yes? ...but in the case of Obama's what you are seeing is no ink spill from other forms, likely because he got it from the office directly, which is what I did, and probably why mine also has no such stamp.
Also, the short form, if filed with other records in the office has ink spills from other printouts, which is what we see here. The "stamps" you speak of are not stamps at all, that's leaked in from another form, which is why the lettering on the stamps appear backwards. When these things are printed, they are typically printed in mass amounts and mailed off, and during stacking ink may not be dried all the way...(cont.)
The short form (Certificate of Live Birth) is something you can have mailed to you or picked up at the DoH offices in various states. In addition, referring to form numbers, the form number is the standard form for the time at which it was printed. The dates of the births of these individuals is not necessarily the date the form was printed. (Mine was printed last year, I needed it for a job.) My short form has no creases because I picked it up at the office.
Here's additional proof that the "official" long form birth certificate is a fake. Look at the wallpaper printing of it. On the left-hand side inside the fold where it was supposedly scanned onto the computer, the print continues even into the black. This birth certificate is a forgery!

There is no way for the phrasing to be different unless it was created on a computer by an outside source! Standard forms don't change! His had the phrasing from form REV 10/05.. @TheOutFoxer I'll see if my coworker kept the documents. It wasn't done on my computer, but we can always rescan something. I've never made a video like this one before for YouTube though. I'll have to figure out how. The problem with any of this is, unless we know what equipment and capture programs they were using, there's no telling if the results you got are abnormal or not. I've seen 3 different scanners render the same document 3 different ways based on the settings and program being used.

They have all made erroneous statements they don't bother to retract unless they are shamed into it. However, ironically, the websites of most of these organizations, Fox included, tend to have more fact-checked information, likely because whoever maintains the website has time to check facts before publishing.

@TheOutFoxer As I said before, I do work with Adobe Illustrator at work. For fun, some coworkers of mine decided to test this theory out on some other forms we had lying around. We got pretty much the same results with nothing suspicious, in other words, our results looked like the ones posted by the White House website. Apparently signs of fraud would be if there were not any "layers." They aren't true layers, it is the software attempting to turn an image into text.

I typically find out what's going on in the world through various websites and newswires, both American and overseas. I might add that in the 1960's the Term "African" and "Caucasian" were not used to identify Race, it was "Black" and "White". I verified this on my own Certified copy of my Birth Certificate. BTW my mother pointed out the "African" v. "Black" terminology.

Fox News has already debunked this and interviewed an Adobe software engineer who teaches Illustrator, Jean-Claude Tremblay. The expert says layers are actually a normal part of the scanning process and evidence of fakery would be if there WEREN'T any layers. I work with scanners in my job every day and with the software. I would concur with the experts' opinion on this. This video shows nothing but the rendering of a normally scanned image as it is supposed to be. Look up OCR software.

Its likely the layers that you can see are due to the fading that occurs in inks that occurs in documents that are as old as the original would be. It was probably fixed before its release so it would be legible when it was released. It would also explain the delay of the release since signature printover may take more time. The changes certain parts of the info are probly to show that it is a copy and not the original. But it does not prove any falsification.

He was not born Kapi’olani. He was only examined there by Sinclare after his birth elsewhere and then was issued a b. c. by the HDOH -not by the hospital. The form control number argument is valid except your analysis has a flaw. The control number is for the form in use as of the date of printing not the date of the corresponding certificate. So, 11/01 would be the effective date 2001-11 when the form was created. Form 10/05 (2005-10) would be the form which replaced form 11/01. Any form 11/01 should have the same pre-printed words; so, it is very interesting that Obama's form 11/01 uses wording from the subsequent form 10/05.

When you request a "COPY" of your birth certificate, is it pulled from a computer at the office of vital statistics (or whatever office stores the info) or is it a copy of a "HARD COPY" retained at the office? Wouldn't they STILL have a copy there we could analyze/compare against this one?

The revision number seems not to correlate to the date of the birth but the date printed, I can see you used the short form certificate from the whitehouse site, take a look at fact check.org, and look at a photograph of said certificate, you will see a seal and folds. Stop grasping at straws.

Ok, why does a birth certificate from 1930 have a form number with LASER as part of the document number. Obviously this is a reprint of an old birth certificate from before the digital age on the new Hawaii government computer systems. There is no telling when that form was reprinted but it could have been at any point, before or after, the other revision document was printed. That kind of blows that whole revision argument out of the water. Anyway....not saying it isn't a fake.

A friend of mine brought something interesting to my attention. On Obama's full form birth certificate, it lists his father's place of birth as Kenya. Obama was born in 1961 and his father was 25 years old at the time of birth. Kenya wasn't recognized as a country until 1963. Also, the hospital that is listed on the full form birth certificate was named something completely different and was only renamed in 1978. They must think we are imbeciles!

The whole "form" is likely printed on the laser printer and is generated by a program keyed by the data in the database. So, different certifications would be printed on different "forms" depending on the last form to which the data was certified.

The lack of creases is explained by the document having been recently printed. Hawaii claims to generate these forms "on demand" based on information "in the computer". So they only get folded if they're being mailed in a letter envelope. If mailed in an 8.5x11 envelope (or are hand carried), no creases. Get one of your Hawaii contributors to go in-person to the office and request a new copy of their certification of live birth and compare the results.

To play devil's advocate here -- about the creases -- the creases are probably generated when the printed form was folded and mailed to the person who requested their Hawaii certificate. I think you have a lot of compelling evidence but I'd say the creases are a weak point. Obama would've had the damn thing laid flat in a golden case inside a golden limo aboard air force one and flown directly to his office without creases.

If the cert was ordered today, wouldn't it be printed on the new form? Maybe the whole form thing is a red herring. The only issue may be the missing stamp.

@jchasko if it was printed on the new form wouldn't the revision number match the revision number from the more recent form, not the revision number from the old form?

@ Lyllye You're forgeting the fact that the video shows two forms with the same revision number: one of which has the wording that applies to a later revision. If what you're saying, someone had a "stack of old forms" than they would have the old wording.
Obama took forever to come forward with this and I'm sorry but, what he's presented isn't good enough. Why alter anything if one has nothing to hide?

If you believe this, I'm sorry to tell you that you have been played for a rube. This video will show you Obama's birth certificate with layers, as though different pieces of text were added on top of another document to make a forgery.
PDF files don't have layers. Simply call your local junior college and ask for the graphics arts department. Ask about PDF file properties and whether they have layers.
Do come back here and leave a comment that you're really mad about having been lied to!

@MrIHBB BO could NOT have been vetted by "so many people" because most of his personal history is unknown. How can you vet a column of smoke? But let's forget that for a sec and focus on a much more serious problem for BO, his use of several different Social Security numbers including one, 042-68-4425 (most famous SS # in the world), issued originally to someone else in Connecticut, where BO never lived. Google that and let us know your thoughts. They'll be interesting, I'm sure.

and in the last few years i ordered a new birth certificate from my state...albeit it was not hawaii but when i got the new one it did not look anything like the old one...the one i had as a youngster was dark like the one you show in this video but the new one was reversed...this is all theory...and really you are spreading information that you can not really prove as untrue documents...you are not an expert and it shows

all conspiracy theories three birth certificates can not confirm the word all...any government employee that has worked in a government office will tell you you adapt and things change from year to year...if there is one thing you learn as a government employee it is that nothing ever stays or is the same & i am curious how did you get the state of hawaii to release 3 or 4 long certificates to you

Aren't these forms printed just recently! like in 2011. These are the original birth certifcates. These are forms copied from an original on a piece of new paper. I got a copy of mine a few years ago, and it had handwritten information in there but done recently, not 1961 as when I was born. Similiar type of paper, although the signatures of Doc etc, had to be from an assoicate. I don't think the doctor is alive still.

Wow, you caught so many things that the average person wouldn't have noticed. My background is in finance... contracts and I can tell you that when forms change for revision purposes they don't save the old forms and work through them, they dispose of the lot and use the new form. There is no way the wording could be different on one of those earlier forms and these certificates have obviously been altered, faked, or forged. The question on everyone's mind, should be why.

@Torstar100 that is not necessarily true...sometimes they will say use up the lot before you start with the new forms...if a worker has a stash of forms in their desk they may continue to use them till they are thru...or a staff member may have not gotten the memo...or a bundle of the old was never moved when the new stack was place on top...i have seen this happen with government many times

Also, since you demonstrated you have the ability to forge a certificate of live birth, then honestly what would convince you that the certificate were real? You know now that anyone's certificate of live birth COULD be a forgery, and in knowing that, you have no reason to accept that anyone's certificate is anymore legitimate than anyone else's yes? In which case nothing could convince you that someone's CoLB is real.

...but in the case of Obama's what you are seeing is no ink spill from other forms, likely because he got it from the office directly, which is what I did, and probably why mine also has no such stamp.

Also, the short form, if filed with other records in the office has ink spills from other printouts, which is what we see here. The "stamps" you speak of are not stamps at all, that's leaked in from another form, which is why the lettering on the stamps appear backwards. When these things are printed, they are typically printed in mass amounts and mailed off, and during stacking ink may not be dried all the way...(cont.)

The short form (Certificate of Live Birth) is something you can have mailed to you or picked up at the DoH offices in various states. In addition, referring to form numbers, the form number is the standard form for the time at which it was printed. The dates of the births of these individuals is not necessarily the date the form was printed. (Mine was printed last year, I needed it for a job.) My short form has no creases because I picked it up at the office.

Here's additional proof that the "official" long form birth certificate is a fake. Look at the wallpaper printing of it. On the left-hand side inside the fold where it was supposedly scanned onto the computer, the print continues even into the black. This birth certificate is a forgery!

@onecooldan The phrasing can't be different if it is a pre-made form! It is form "REV. 11/01". There is no way for the phrasing to be different unless it was created on a computer by an outside source! Standard forms don't change! His had the phrasing from form REV 10/05.. But, his form number was REV 11/01 ... Please explain if you can, otherwise I have every right to assume something's up.

I looked at this document myself and I watched demos of other people's birth certificates going through the same process that created the anomalies in Barack's. I can conclusively believe that this document was not altered digitally in any way to suggest a forgery. Your claims are so ridiculous that they deserve mockery and little more, so enjoy the attention while it lasts.
