@jimilonianarism Sorry, I never saw this comment. Very generally, if you're having problems with your shoulder, I would first look at your overall flexibility and make sure your positions are good. Then, I would look at technique. Keep those elbows straight and turned forward a bit, spread the bar with the hands, and keep your shoulder girdle locked down. For the wrist, check that your snatch grip isn't too wide. Otherwise, wear wraps when the weight gets heavy and don't work high reps.
@chicanerous thanks man. yeah i still need a lot of work on my flexibility and technique. its god awful lol. sounds like you know your stuff. may i asked where you learned from?
@jimilonianarism I've been lifting for 6-7 years now, so I've had a lot of time under the bar. Other than that, it's been through talking and training with others and, of course, reading. I haven't had much real coaching though, which is why you don't see me doing things like the squat variations of the Olympic lifts.
Hope you don't break you arms or disclocate something in the near future.

any tips on these? i try to do them but i always end up screwing up my left shoulder and sometimes i feel a sharp pain in my wrists.
