@Plonkerfulz admittadly your comment is 4 months old but still might apply , dont leave difficult songs ! learning a song like this will be difficult if your not experienced BUT all that means is it will take you longer to learn but will help you work on your strumming , widen knowledge of what dischords work in a song and improve on your finger dexterity and tapping skills , tbh id personally if you want to learn how to play metal guitar .... learning architects songs is probably the best idea

@w00per Yes, I use downstrokes to hit the 6th string and upstroke to hit the 3rd and 2nd ones, makes it easier (at least for me hahaha). It takes a bit of practice to get it down right though hahaha :)

@w00per 0.054-0.012 gauge, even though right now I've got 0.056-0.013, some extra tension on the strings hahaha

nah learnt it by ear, but there's some pretty awesome GP tabs up on ultimate-guitar, look em up!

i'm currently using a custom string-set:: 012-016-020p-032-044-058. i find i great for 1whole step down to 1,5 steps down from standart =) it has a good tension gradient.

i'm gonna try to do this song on my guitar, might have some trouble with the speed at some riffs(particulair the first thingy xD)

Have you heard of the Arusha Accord(band)? if not, u should check them out, they're briljant ;'D

@garbear2321 Thank you, it's pretty awesome, I bought it about a year and a half ago and I'm still in love with it. Really confortable to play and the sound is brutal, the active EMG's really sound good! It's an awesome pick :D
