I like the song and the fact that it's calling out the president but he's doing what he thinks is right however what he thinks is right a lot of Americans don't. I don't agree,though, with Pink singing it she has no room to talk, she's not doing anything to change anything in America. She earns her money singing, something that doesn't require much talent now days. I think that she should live an actual hard workers life and then sing this song, as well as the president.

It's not like the president can just write everyone a check and all our problems are gone. Poverty will always exist. It's part of life. But the beauty of freedom is that if you work hard and take responsibility for your own future, you can be whatever you want to be, regardless of what family you were born into. It's time for people to stop depending on the government to take care of them and just start taking care of themselves. You don't have to be the 99%.

(She is not in the shoes of the poor, either, or of disaster victims, or of war wounded, or...). She has the luxury to preach from her stage and get paid for it (as do sitting politicians, but they have to live with life-and-death issues).

The president has no control over homeless, so long as the human race lives under a monetary system there will allways be poor,greed,homeless, depression ect...
