  • Mongols were barbarians because they didnt have a written language. Eventually did adopt the Uyghur written language after conquering the Uyghurs. And Uyghurs got theirs from the Songdians after conquering the Songdians.

  • And we are not a Barbarian, its a term that Chinese emperor used to describe us because we used to raid their towns and cities just like how we used to raid other tribes. But we showed them that we can rule the largest empire that the world has ever seen.

  • The Mongols just wanted more land, money, women. They wanted to explore. Chinggis Khan wanted to make alliance with the islam, present day maybe afghan or iraq, but they did something very wrong that change the course of the history, they had cut off Chinggis Khan's messenger head. This angered him which thus lead to the annihalation of several cities. Before he died, he asked his son to continue his campaign which they did! This is all from the secret book of Mongols. I am a Mongolian.

  • hehe. mongols - not barbarians.

mongols are nature-worship. europeans just parasitic on world. therefore mongols hate europeans and killed.

  • That's a great mistake of the creators of the game that when a knight catches an arrow or a sword blow the horse under him falls with him)) altogether... that's strongly unrealistic. Iether a horse or a unit can servive after an attack.

  • The huns were nomadic people who moved from the steppes to mod. day Hungary where they started settling down and raiding both the eastern and western roman empires. They had lost a battle to the WRE in Gaul and marched back to Hungary where Attila the Hun died. After Attilas death they were never a real power ever again and they dispersed into the hungarian populace.

  • Huns were Mongoloid wars which have come from average asia. Read history of Huns, instead of history of Hungary. But that for the first time Huns have begun the resettlement from mongolia, east kazakhstan and western china it is truth. Search in google about huns empire. It is much older than u think

  • I spoke with Hungarians. The formed Hungarians feel itself Magyars. Hungary has been formed as a result of resettlement of Magyars of steppes of northern Kazakhstan in 9 century. It in 4 centuries after Huns. Huns was mongoloid warriors

  • Now that you know war is bad.

  • that horse fly dude

  • Mindful of your comments, tell me why it was called the silk road ?? thats a hard one

tell me why they in the position they in now ? umm well we dont have wars of annihilation in europe like they did cant we admit the truth, how dumb do we feel when the origin of printing came elsewhere yet we claim to invent it while others are laughing give credit where its due

  • quality of thiz vid is ...

  • Mongolian Rules!

  • when do the Mongolians come into the campaign? its saying genghis khan is a new threat, but i cant see him or mongolians on the map :S

  • Those aren't Mongols, they're Timurids! Note the elephants!

  • GENGHIS KHAN the best warrior of all time

  • so great is islam

the mongols became moslim when they first heard about Islam and the great Prophet

  • Thats relative depending on which region you are talking about the Mongol Empire was multireligous

  • Then you are correct sir

  • The Mongols annihilated the empire of the Islamic Caliphate when they invaded the Middle East. The Mongols who stayed in the Middle East did later convert to Islam. Mongols in East Asia converted to Buddhism/Confucianism/etc

And I'm sure the few Mongols who remained in Eastern Europe/Russia eventually became Christians...

  • I have no Idea why people thumb you down, because you are obviously telling the truth. Some people need to read a History book and realise what a shit hole and hovel Europe was until like the 17 hundreds.

  • The truth hurts sometimes... ;)

Although I think some of these people got pissed off when I said that the Mongols are not directly related to modern day Turks...

  • Again,it's not something you masde up, it's fact.

  • @Intranetusa keep up the truth

  • Stupid Cruel Mongols!

  • Stupid Asian nationalist

lcddg the Mongols and the Japanese were the only significant power in Oriental Asia. Russians beat the mongols, the mongols also suffered defeat at the hands of the Japanese and Egyptian Mamluks easily beat the mongols. Asia had few powerful factions where as the Middle east and Europe had many powerful factions.

  • YES, Japan was a significant power because of their feudal period and the Samurai invaded China and Korea. Also how did the Mameluks win by adopting Mongol tactics? WHEN THEY HAD NEVER ENCOUNTERED THEM BEFORE? Horse archer techniques were used in the middle east and Eastern Europe since ancient times, longtime before any ugly mongols decided to show their faces to the rest of the civilized world. Nobody even knew they existed.

  • @depp1267

"YES, Japan was a significant power because of their feudal period and the Samurai invaded China and Korea."

    Wrong again.

Japan was barely a coalition of feudal kingdoms at the time. They were NOT a significant power during the Mongol invasions. What saved Japan was sabotaged Mongol ships and 2 giant typhoons/hurricanes.

And the Japanese invaded Korea/tried to invade China in the late 16th century, which was about 400 years AFTER the Mongol invasions.

  • Legnicia is a favorite for all Asian nationalist to quote. They also forget to realize all of the Mongol tactics were based on surprise attacks. Nobody even knew orientals existed until the mongols decided to show their faces out of hiding. Imagine if Europeans decided to show their faces in Asia first, I doubt the mongols would be prepared. Everyone of the Mongol surprise attacks were repelled once extensive fortifications were built.

  • Expeditionary armies? Is that why the Mongols did repeat raids and were beaten back effectively and once they realized they were unable to progress through fortifications they went back. Also Europe was fairly wealthy the papal states and many medieval knights had developed a better form of economy for Europe.

  • Yes. "raids" They were not invasions, but merely raids basically testing the grounds. As for fortifications, don't make me laugh. The fortifications they encountered in the Jin, Song, Sultanate, etc empires were far greater than anything that had been constructed in Western Europe at the time. Eastern Euro states at the time rivaled or surpassed their Western counterparts -and they were defeated in a short time span.

The Mongols pretty much didn't lose a major single battle in Europe.

  • @depp1267 yeah you know abit but sometimes you talk out of your arse

  • stupid cruel mongols? lol dude the mongols never took slaves they allowed freedom of religion and stuff. They rarely massacred any civilians. He as a great, powerful, wise, leader

  • Slaves are a moot point! Gengis and his band of raiders raped women, plenty of men and children! Mongols enslaved China and parts of the Middle east forcing them to serve in their army. Cruel Mongols like Timur are infamous.

  • Furthermore, European states individually were far weaker than the powerful states at the time.

The two most powerful nations at the time were Song China and the Islamic Caliphate. Each of these states equaled or surpassed all of the states in Europe combined.

The Mongols themselves defeated the Eastern European nations of Poland/Hungary/various Russian states...which at the time were equal or stronger than Germany/France/England.

  • You are combining the Islamic Caliphate and comparing them the individual European states sounds a bit dodgy doesn't it? The middle east has always been a center for power since ancient times. Also Song China was a JOKE! lol, they built that great wall and all the Mongols did was move around it. China was enslaved under mongol rule for centuries.

  • I'm comparing the Islamic Caliphate to ALL of Europe. And I'm comparing the Song Dynasty to ALL of Europe.

"they built that great wall and all the Mongols did was move around it."

Wrong. During the Song Dynasty, the great wall was barely used. The wall was only heavily emphasized during the Ming Dynasty, ~400 years later. The Song lasted 70 years against the Mongols...which wasn't too bad.

During their first "small raid" on Europe, the Mongols conquered Russia to Austria within 3 years.

  • "I'm comparing the Islamic Caliphate to ALL of Europe. And I'm comparing the Song Dynasty to ALL of Europe."

"Furthermore, European states individually were far weaker than the powerful states at the time."

Also, the Chinese built the wall 5th century BC to 221 BC so they already had fortifications in place long before mongol invasions and repeated wars and invasions from other tribes. While Europe was completely unaware of the existence of such tribes.

  • @Intranetusa

How can you claim they conquered all that territory in 3yrs Russia to Austria. When it took them 3yrs to conquer Russia alone? I am a bit wary of Chinese historians ....

  • Comment removed

  • You need to read the entire post.

"Furthermore, European states individually were far weaker than the powerful states at the time.

The two most powerful nations at the time were Song China and the Islamic Caliphate. Each of these states equaled or surpassed all of the states in Europe combined."

  • @Intranetusa Yes I agree, the Mongols had a very hard time during the battles with song dynasty, however,it was rather easy for them to defeat korea, russia, central asia and eastern europe

  • Once again the Mongols took all those nations by Surprise and Each one of those Nations repelled the Mongol savages effectively after they learned of their hit and run tactics. Also Eastern European nations Poland/Hungary/and Various Russian states were not as strong as the Western Nations! Western nations had better armor and Centuries ahead with battle experience and better tactics. The Eastern European nations were still learning western European style of medieval fighting.

  • The Mongols sent ambassadors ahead of time. They attacked the Caliphate after their ambassadors were executed. The majority of the time, their enemies knew they were coming ahead of time.

Contrary to today, Poland and Hungary were two of the strongest nations in the 12th century, individually stronger than England or France.

As for Western Europe haven't better equipment, no they didn't. You're probably thinking that Western Europeans had some awesome 16th German Gothic plate armor

  • lol@ your comment about Eastern Europe being stronger. Western Europe had superior Armor since the Era of the Greek phalanx(note they are still in ancient times.) Then came the Romans who also were heavily armored. Even during the ancient times tribes such as the Franks, and the Ancient Goths had employed heavy armor due to constant warfare with the Romans.

  • 1. Greece is in Eastern Europe.

    2. The Roman Empire split into two, the Eastern and the Western section. The Eastern Empire (Byzantines) in Eastern Europe/Western Asia was far richer because their administration and wealth were transferred to Constantinople. They also had better armies because the western half was falling apart.

As for Franks & Goths, we're not talking about ancient times. We're talking about the 12th century medieval times. The ancient tribes of Western Europe were long gone.

  • "your comment about Eastern Europe being stronger. Western Europe had superior Armor since the Era of the Greek phalanx("

    1. Greece is in Eastern Europe

    2. You are confusing the ancient era with the medieval era.

    3. The main power in ancient times in Western Europe was the Romans, who eventually moved their capital to Eastern Europe anyways.

    4. Even during ancient times, the Eastern Euros (Getai, Epierots, Macedonians, Dacians, etc) were more powerful than most of the tribes in the western euro

  • 1. Greece is in Southern Europe.

    2. Western European tribes learned more from the greeks and the Romans than the Eastern Europeans.

    3. I am talking the Ancient Era to try and tell you that Europe had superior armor since ancient times.

    4. Romans destroyed the Macedonians.

  • 1. We are talking about Eastern Europe vs Western Europe, NOT Southern Europe vs Northern Europe.

Greece is considered East Euro & South Euro

    2. The Romans moved their capital to Eastern Europe. Roman culture was based on Greek culture.

    3. East-Euro/West Asia actually had better armor than Western Euro in ancient times. The best armor came from the Successor states.

    4. Romans moved from West-Euro to East-Euro. So East-Euro continued to benefit from Romans while the West-Romans collapsed.

  • 1. I never mentioned Northern Europe

    2. Yes eastern Europe was more successful due to Constantine so what?

    3. Many Western European tribes such as the Goths defeated many eastern european tribes.

All of what you mentioned is great...

  • Comment removed

  • Also Eastern Europe was not its former self during Medieval times it was swiftly defeated by the heavily Armored Teutonic Knights of Western Europe. Only when the Eastern Europeans had converted to Christianity and adopted a few Western European techniques they were able to expel the Teutonic Knights who had been weakened and corrupted at this point. Eastern and Western Europe don't even matter at this point since they both teamed together and were able to repel the mongol menace.

  • Repel the Mongols?

The Polish Knights, Knights of the Holy Roman Empire, Knights Templars, Teutonic Knights, and Hospitalers were pretty much massacred by Mongols during the battle of Legnica. And this was when the Mongols were outnumbered 4 to 1.

  • Clearly you are a total TWAT! and have no idea what you are talking about! I saw that you mentioned before Europe had no wealth and the Middle East was part of their agenda? Is that why the mongols decided to come as FAR AS EUROPE and EGYPT just for a bloody raid? Sounds fishy to me? Clearly they weren't contempt with the wealth of India or China. They came for conquest. Also you mentioned Middle Easterners= Orientals? lol, i had a Turkish friend who said the exact opposite.

  • @Intranetusa

Middle Easterners weren't oriental. Tell somebody from Iran or Iraq that they are oriental or mongol, and they will give you a piece of their mind.

As you stated: "Mongols are not directly related to modern day Turks..."

Also the Huns were not Mongol or Oriental they were Hungarian again if you tell some from Hungary that they were their ancestors were Mongol they will clearly deny it. I think you are spending too much time reaching Chinese propaganda.

  • Also it is highly irresponsible for you to claim China did this and China did that. Most of what happened in ancient times is still shrouded in Mystery so far the Origin of "silk" itself is a mystery. Records show that the Greeks traveled as far as India and that's it. It seems like China wants some sort of foothold in the world and claim to have influenced everything, invented everything and been historically involved in everything.

  • @depp1267 are you anti chinese

  • *reading*

  • Middle Easterners are Oriental. The original definition of Oriental was the "East" specifically, near East. The definition for some countries was later changed to the Far East.

I stated Mongols are not directly related. The Mongols were a confederation of Eurasian tribes that would have included Turkic nomads. The Turks today are a mix of Greeks, Persians, Arabs, Turkic nomads, etc

The Huns were not all Hungarians. Most were Eurasians. Go read a history book.

  • @depp1267 I think you should get a life

  • @depp1267 People often confuse various eastern Turkic people (like the Kyrgyz or the Uyghur) with the ethnic group known as the Turks. The former could be said to, if not be oriental, look oriental to someone in the west.

  • @depp1267

depp1267, you need to learn some history. The Greeks created the word "Orient," meaning "East." Everything East of Greece = ORIENTAL.

What was east of Greece? Persia and the Middle East. So ORIENTAL = MIDDLE EAST

People thumbing me now have no knowledge in history.

  • @depp1267 There are many countries today who hold mongol ancestry actually.. Talk about the majority of eastern europe..? How can you even try and deny that.. history has shown that when an invading army comes to a foreign land they leave behind their ancestry.. How do you think latinos were made? Spanish armies raping native indians.. Dont talk with your foot in your mouth

  • @ANGRYREDNECK55 containing less than one percent mongol blood does not mean that the people there are "oriental", or "mongol". I am 99 percent Taiwanese and 1 percent Dutch, but if you met me on the street, you wouldn't call me dutch now, would you?

Latinos are a completely different story, created under hundreds of years of Spain, with intricate mingling of cultures. Comparing the two is like comparing a bar of bronze alloy to a bar of pure silver with a speck of iron on it.

  • @depp1267 lol you don't know anything, learn history pal

  • depp1267,

Explain this. If it was a full invasion as you claim, why did the the Mongols send less than 30,000 soldiers into Europe?

Whereas the Mongols had 150,000 soldiers during the siege of Baghdad ALONE.

    150,000 Mongols attacking 1 city

    vs

30,000 Mongols in their entire European campaign

Sounds like a raid to me.

  • @depp1267

Your statement is as stupid as when you claimed Japan was a significant power during the Mongol invasions and had invaded China.

Mongols sent less than 30,000 troops into Europe and won nearly every battle...unhindered until they had to return to Mongolia for elections. The Mongols sent 150,000 troops against the city of Baghdad alone.

    30k = raid

    150k = invasion

    Numbers don't lie.

  • @Intranetusa didnt mongolia onely have like 3 major battles against europe? one of the battles was a devistating loss to the mongols.

  • @nior000

The Mongols during the main invasion were undefeated in Europe. There were a lot of battles- Battle of Muhi, Battle of Legnica, etc. After their 2nd withdrawal (the death of the Khan), most returned back to Mongolia. The Mongol empire was split into various territories. The Golden Horde, the most western part of these territories, did fight more battles with European powers later on (this was 20 years after the main invasion).

This force of Mongols did suffer defeats by the Europeans.

  • @Intranetusa thanks for the information =). i never heard about the second invasion 20 years invaded though. what was this called? was there a name for this or a name for any of the battles that happened 20 years later or is it all mostly unknown

  • @nior000

I'm not sure if it has an official name or whatnot. Collectively it's just referred to Mongol expeditions/invasions into Europe or Western Eurasia

wiki has a good section on it: wiki/Mongol_invasion_of_Europe

  • 1. Yes during ancient times Eastern Europe was more civilized and wealthier.

    2. The Western Barbarians during the collapse of western rome had better armor, techniques and weaponry due to constant warfare with the romans.

    3. Clearly you have no idea what YOU are talking about when you say eastern europeans like Macedonians, Dacians, and Greeks were more powerful?? Anything to prove that fact? Western euro tribes such as the Gauls were completely vicious sacking Rome and defeating Macedon.

  • You need to read up on some basic history.

Rome was only sacked once by the Gauls in 387BCE when it was extremely weak and barely more than a city state. Romans conquered the Gauls by the 1st century BCE and they were no more of a threat.

Yes, Eastern Europeans were far more powerful. Macedon, Greece, etc were all civilized states which had better armies than Western Euros. The reason why they were conquered by Rome is the successor civil wars.

  • Rome were sacked. by the foederatis in the late fourth century AD because of lack of payment. i think the vandals allso did it once, but that im not sure about.

  • lol, what and only for the Chinese to fight a depleted and weakened Roman army who had just fought a battle? They just captured a small territory which belonged to the Parthians not the Romans. Clearly the Chinese never encountered Caesar.. Also Alexander the great defeated the Sogdianans. Also nobody is sure what happened those were roman prisoners and when Chinese historians claim an immediate "easy" victory i am cautious. This is a very disputed claim which you have mentioned..

  • @pcekeep

Yes I know of Sun Tzu, but Europe/Middle East had its own military maxims said by many famous people for a millennia which have led to many successful victories for centuries. People like Vegetius, Homer, Scipio Africanus, Cyrus the Great, Proverbs( middle eastern Judean document written by king solomon), Alexander the great etc.

  • @pcekeep

The truth is nobody knows who is superior and who isnt so far as records show advanced civilization ranged from Europe, Africa, Middle East , and the Indus. Im sure you have a sense of glee mentioning how the mongols defeated the Europeans and celebrate it. The fact is that Europe and the Middle East have been powerful for centuries their wisdom and knowledge from the ancient world effect us till this day.

  • @pcekeep

There are more than a billion Chinese on the planet and many millions live in the West. Its strange to see how many chinese lurk in every corner of the internet waiting for someone to mention history even if they havent mentioned the Chinese, the Chinese barge in talking about how the Chinese invented everything, how everyone great man has Chinese descendants and how the Chinese virtually superior to any advanced civilization history has recorded.

  • @pcekeep

This argument is silly and running in circles. Clearly this will come to no avail and to think all of this started when somebody mentioned the Mongols being cruel and the conversation expanded on to who is superior and who isnt. nobody even mentioned superiority. Clearly we dont know who is superior because neither ancient civilization clashed in a dramatic way.

  • @pcekeep

Such frivolous arguments are unnecessary, it seems that the Chinese want to boost their ego. One would think that if the Chinese were such an advanced civilization and had such a head start they would be more than a match for Europe during 19th century warfare. If you Chinese think you are superior thats great. Im sure your popular Chinese propaganda cinema bombards you with how superior you were to almost everyone. As far as the rest of the world well let history decide.

  • @validium9

Pcekeep may be biased, but you're really no different. You're both boosting your egos, he's claiming how China is so great, while you're basically claiming how Western Europe was invincible.

You both need to read up on basic history.

  • @validium9 the "art of war" was proven effective

even during the times of mongols and even

    during the vietnam war.

  • Mongol king in India, turkey, east eorupe then became a Moslem.

  • The mongols invaded Russia like 60 turns ago. They sacked one city and now they're just standing there. Mean while I've nearly re-conquered the Roman empire for the king of Spain. Wtf. Are they ever going to do anything?

  • hahahahaha....

    whopper

  • the europe today stands thanx to russians, because they stopped mongols!

  • actually nothing stops the mongols but themselves

  • good points but it pisses me off when people say its an empire. i dont think you can call something an empire that was that short lived.

  • you call the territories Alexanders conquered an empire don't you its the same thing.

  • i see your point and i agree. i dont call alexanders "empire" a real empire. an empire involves setting up of real physical infrastructure and culture diffusion.

  • short lived? i bet u got that from an european or an american social textbook eh? The mongol empire started in 1100s and fell from power and influence in the 1600 when the manchurians took over. Mongol control ended in europe and the middle east at about end of 1300s maybe thats what u are referng to. Also the last khan died in 1956 and mongolia became influenced by China. But we did have the power to wipe everyone out if we wished, so i be grateful to chingis khan.

  • The only reason y mongols owns is because it's got the best cavalry in the world.

  • I dont think gunpowder was around with reiters at this time period?

  • Mongols are very beatable if you stick to siege warfare. Their horse archers are terribly deducted in a siege battle and if you can easily hold them off at the walls with pikes/spearmen and archers.

  • those r not mongols those are timurids

  • timuids were decended from Mongols

  • please do something about your fps!

  • how do you unlock the mongol as a campaign faction

  • you can get the clouds across europe mod....it gets u the mongols and many others for campaign, like teutonic knights and all other unavailible campaign factions

  • you cant unlock the mongols

  • you can't you need to modify the game, type in Mongol Chronicles part 1 and it'll show how

  • any1 know how to play on internet med. total war 2 ?????

  • my soulation to mongol invasion was a pure Cannon army though it was defeated i did take out 3 genrals with it

  • i hate mongols like i kant beat them ever

  • I hat russian's politics ... I hate tzar's ... Im Polish...

  • lucky u u hate russian politics thats delightful check where im from buddy

  • Can't you avoid politics where it is unnecessary?

  • why do u people think im like being a racist or something ur stupid i just hate the faction cus they seem so stacked

  • oh my god!!! those missile cavalry are so annoying! and how i shoud i be able to stop those elephants!

  • maroom1 no they didn't invade germany, they just destroy their army that all.

  • Himmelmann16, don't laugh too loud ok. we european like to use gun also against sword, bow, and spear like in the 19 and 20 century

  • man!..is hard to play this game right now i'm playing with the byzantine empire vs mongols, but no matter what kind of units i got i just can not defeat those stupids archers..they are capable to defeat heavi cavalry...do you know how to defeat those bastards? :) .for me this game is unplayable when the mongols and trimuds invade!

  • make use of cannon towers on the fortress. i found out that fighting mongols in the open field could be devastating.

  • Mongols and timurids are very beatable. Ive done it on very hard mode.

NEVER fight the mongols in middle east since it has open grasslands.

  • or in scotland

  • We europeans like to fight with the sword dang mongolians and there cheapo bow lol :P. I was pretty proud when i was playing as england and had sieged mongolian kiev and when they sallied out with a full stack army of reinforcements(500vs 1500) it was pretty intence i first destroyed there sally force(500) than ran in the city took the walls with lbows and left my levy spears on ground by gate. it was a draw but i killed 1300 and lost 400.

  • In reality the mongols never invaded germany ?! I'm right ?

  • yep but they invaded poland

  • Why do people care so much about history in a PC game? Get imagination! it doesnt matter!

  • True but they might as well argue

  • they didnt invade but the germans french even the english helped poland and hungary and was defeated

  • whazzzzzzz aaaaaa

  • what up !!!!!

  • hmm no ending, do u win in the end or not?

  • The Hunnu Empire was the very first kingdom of

Mongolians. During the fall of Hunnu empire, some tribes migrated to European rich pasture, and that's the history of Huns.

Hunnu - Huns make sense ? kkk ktnx.

  • Sorry mate but that's not great.

  • Mongolia had an empire 5 times the size of the roman empire but then they spread themselves 2 thin and there empire collapsed simple mistake people have been making since the stoneage

  • It was around twice the size in terms of population. Land is all very well but it takes little power to rule it when there's no-one living there!

  • is it possible to install this w/out the key in the manual? i lost the manual and i dont wanna buy another game...

  • The mongols were the best archers in the world even better then longbowmen because of their ability to outran any european spearmen or heavy cav so chasing them and the mongols never ever just ran into the spears

  • those weren't the mongols. it was the germans running into the mongols. however, it was stupid to charge heavy cav into forlorn hope. too bad this game is so loaded with bugs and the diplomacy system is whack. we'll see what they do with empire: total war...

  • agreed, buggy buggy. kingdoms made it better, but I will say that this was not a polished game when it came out. Rome gameplay is still better even with the patches. And im not talking about the cavalry

  • Erm elephants are Timurids not mongols

  • I'm sure european armies would have adapted to fight the mongols in time, their error was challinging them on the field.

But in time someones 'light bulb' would have clicked and they'd set up defensive formations of heavy spearmen and crossbows to see them off, also, burning the grass/hay on european farmlands so theres less food for the mongol horses to eat.

  • Hey they all went back to mongolia in the end couse their leader died or they would kinda smash their way through europe

  • spartans weren't only "brave", they had efficient phalanx formation tactics that gave them the edge. One on one they were also good, but they would be raped without their tight phalanx formation.

  • 422hugo you're a retard. "They wooped ass like real men"... ahahaha, the only thing that matters is the most effective way of killing your opponents and securing victory. The mongols made way for the biggest empire this world has ever seen. The ones who put their bravery behind their intelligence win, the stupid regressive bastards who care more about being "manly" and showing bravery than intelligence lose.

  • dude this is the Timurid invasion not Mongols. unless someone got mercenary elephants somehow

  • Also spartans were defeated later in their own way of fighting by other greeks.

  • what a complete retard

mongols pwned every europian because they were light not wearing some crappy heavy

army that got you bogged down everytime there was mud

  • Mongols aren't japs in the first place...

And secondly, history speaks for itself on who is "greater" -> obviously the Mongols.

It doesn't matter how you obtain a crushing victory, it only matters that you obtain it, and Genghis Khan knew that very well, as well as his successors.

  • You say white people are meant to be the best ... but you're not white.

    Chingada

  • MONGOL FT!!! omg n1w3 timurids suck....

  • it would be nice if you filmed while zoomed out so we can see more of the battle, nice effort

  • when do the timurids and the mongols come into play in the campaign?

  • tumerids have elphants

  • the system requirements for this game are ridiculous... im so bummed my pc cant handle it

  • Mongols are not barbarians and mongolian army did not have elephants

  • srry i ment unit

  • is 240 men the largest number?? in an army?

  • the mongols won???

  • Timurids better than mongols!

Anyone know how to work cinematic editor?!

  • MONGOLS FTW!! DUDE

    timurids sucl

  • the trimudes worse lol they have elepahnts with cannons on

  • Haha i can tell you i was one of the first to get belted by the mongols when they first arrived and i can tell you it wasnt pretty for me lots of men lost terribly ended up forcing me out of my land lucky i had other places to go :D

  • hey how do u get countries to become a vassal, i want bitches cause i destroy their whole army and almost all their settlements and they aint doin it

  • ya i know man its impossible.

  • how do u view your settlement in 3d like in rome total war?

  • You can't.

  • in4lab in ur situation build spearmen and archers cuz mongols focuz mainly on cav and i play medieval and beated it so this is good advice trust me thats wut i did :) good luck :)

  • hey, what is the best defence against mongols???' do they attack all Europe??? im preparing for them, should i invest in infantry or cavalary against them???
